We were in town for a wedding at White Sands so didn’t get to spend much time at the house but the time we did was most enjoyable! Great common spaces for everyone to hang out and while our stay was short, we did have an opportunity to fire up the outdoor fire pit for some s’mores on our last night. The owner might consider subscribing to some of the apps the television provides it was a little annoying to have to input our own log in information for those, but otherwise the house provided for all needs!

Overall an excellent stay. There were issues upon arrival due to VRBO but our host responded immediately to complete getting the house ready. When we returned it was dark but the outside and inside lights were on and it was so warm and welcoming . We really appreciated the garage for parking as our SUV was fully packed for our road trip. The location was quiet, the bed was comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen was equipped so we were able to cook a little, except there wasn't any cooking oil in the pantry. The BBQ was very dirty so we couldn't use it. The only thing for me personally was the cleaning products are too heavily scented, A lot of people (like me) are allergic to perfumes and fragrance. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and would stay again.

First impression was good. The bed was very comfy; neighborhood quiet. But when we began to "live" there found it was not up to my standards of clean. Sink in main bath drained so slow, it was not really useable. The shower reeked of mold and mildew. Floors looked clean, but stocking feet were dirty. Throw rugs did not look clean. Back yard was scattered with broken sidewalk chalk. The BBQ was dirty so not useable and we couldn't find brushes to clean it. Two adults for 6 days and we were left with 6 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. The dryer lint trap is so packed it is one load away from a fire. Too bad, we visit this area frequently and the location was perfect.

Our family came in very late after flying all day and the drive from El Paso. Under the strict guidelines right now of traveling, all the airport restaurants were closed so we hadn't eaten all day. When we arrived there was a box of cookies on the table and a nice card greeting us. I can't tell you enough how wonderful those cookies were! So thoughtful!! The house was clean and comfortable. Our family once lived and Las Cruces and we were visiting for my mother-in-laws funeral. This house was the perfect place we needed to be together as a family during this time. I would highly recommend.
