Great location for commuting, less than 5 mins from a train station (another 2 stations within a 15 min walk), a hot food takeaway shop, a park and 2 convenience stores. A shopping centre/mall and 3 supermarkets also within walking distance. There are plenty local attraction/places of interest to visit but my son and I didn't make it to any of these. Room/apartment was clean, a good size with consistent wifi, tv, air conditioning/heating, lots of cupboard space and ample cleaning products. There is a handy one plate electric stove, microwave and an upstanding fridge freezer with plenty shelves. Good shower with plenty hot water. Lots of relevant information in a few languages (including English) such as local taxis and takeaways, and how to use all appliances. Laundry rooms, so you can wash your clothes and then tumble dry them (both very reasonably priced). Lastly, I have seen previous reviews complaining about the noisy roads, it is situated next to a busy road, but it didn't bother me in the slightest and I am a light sleeper. Overall, it is a nice clean building that I recommend and will stay at again.

Not big gripes, probably all would have been resolved if I asked but I didn't! - Towels weren't large or absorbent enough if you have long thick hair, so I would suggest just bring a beach towel with you and use the body towel provided for your hair. Washing machines, there was detergent sitting in these rooms which I assumed was supplied by the building (there was no information if this was supplied or not) but the 2nd time I was going to wash some clothes it was gone (there are 2 floors with washing machines and both had detergent the first time I'd looked) so I may have "stolen" a scoop of someone's detergent! There is a cupboard in the utility room that was supposed to be stocked with toilet roll but when we went to get some there wasn't any - the convenience stores nearby also don't stock it so be warned! Cutlery for 2 people but only enough crockery for 1. For the more sensitive headed, you may need to bring an extra cushion or pillow as there are only 2 on the bed - again as I said, this could be resolved by just asking but we didn't!

The location is close to two train lines. Getting the keys to the apartment was easy and the value for money is pretty good. It's relatively close to Narita airport.

It's about 30-45 minutes away from Tokyo. The building is showing its' age and the cleaning of the room could have been better.

Only one blanket was provided despite 2 ppl staying in the room. As the result it was cold during the night.

I like it’s closeness to the station, supermarket and nice parks for kids to play.

Good value for money apartments with all the required facilities made available. The internet connectivity was great too. It's conveniently located very close to the Kita-Hatsutomi station.

The location is right by the road and there is no soundproofing, so the sound of the traffic can be quite loud at night.

I am part of a group of people travelling to different countries to check how helpful locals are. We also check how accommodation hosts take care of their guests. We decided to book to different listings individually as part of a research we are doing regarding Tokyo "bnb". Checking what help could an accommodation host extend to make sure they give 100% customer service satisfaction. Unfortunately, this host failed. They only cared about their revenue and wouldn't even compromise half refund even when they already know that the guest had a hard time going to their place. They never asked and was never concerned where the guest will stay and never offered any help in anyway. Had they even asked if I was okay that night, and what can they do to help me...This could have been a different review.

Very clean appartement with lots of facilities. Very worth it for the price. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this quiet, comfortable place for 10 days. I enjoyed my stay. It felt like home. The kitchen, toilet , bathroom was clean. Of course if you stay longer you have to clean. So the room had floor wipes, detergents. Lawson, Seven eleven, Big 24 are close by to get your groceries. Across mall and Shin kamagaya mall are also close by 15min walk . And the owner is very quick to respond to any queries. 👍👍 Overall its a comfortable place to stay. 👍👍
