Good location for UNC Greensboro

It’s good for quick stays, but room didn’t have a lot of lighting, carpet in the hallway wasn’t tight (trip hazard), 1 slow elevator.

Clean bathroom. Convenient location. Friendly staffs.

Too much noise. Especially someone near my room was horribly coughing throughout night during my stay.

Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The bed wasn’t too comfortable. That’s really the only complaint I have.

Location - Very close to Koury Convention Center. Value - I was a bit worried about cleanliness/quality because the price was lower than other hotels in the area, but I was pleasantly mistaken.

We arrived after 3:00pm but some rooms were not ready and the staff were struggling finding rooms for customers (to be fair, a lot of group travelers booked on the same day). I wish there was a clock in my room.

Breakfast was perfect - with a variety of food for different people, taste, appetite, and ages.

Considering that we were there for only two nights, there wasn't anything we didn't enjoy there.

Todo muy bien. Hotel moderno, limpio y cómodo. Además nos guardaron equipaje mientras llegaba la hora del check in. Desayuno continental con waffles.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast I left early to catch my flight I only stayed here cause my flight was canceled but the front desk person meera was very nasty and unprofessional the elevator was dirty and the toilet was not working properly and they couldn't get a plunger.

Staff was friendly...

Room door wouldn't lock... Half light bulbs burned out... Had to change rooms after driving 12 hours... Didnt tell me up front I had to leave $100 charge in case of incidentals... Breakfast not very good...

Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms. They charge a $100 damage deposit, yet it's obvious that they haven't fixed previous damage issues. I had a red stain on my carpet that I felt I needed to document with the front desk staff, otherwise I might be charged for it.

The breakfast was continental so it was as expected (good). However, I wish they would have had multiple options instead of just a pork breakfast sandwich, maybe turkey.

There was a small brown stain on our sheets (looked like dried blood).

Comfortable beds, spacious room, and bathroom. Central to local restaurants and shopping. Very affordable! Friendly staff.
