The evening staff were not cystomer friendly and appeared more occupied with personal matters than assusting ne and my wife. Very unpleasant and dismissive attitude. By comparison, the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel is the epitome of excellent customer service and can teach the other disrespectful staff members h I w to act. Due to my latest experience I will probably never sray at this location again, despite the fact that I've stayed tgere 5 times over the last 2 years.

Nothing was to like in here, rooms were spacious but the ACs were loud and we couldn’t sleep all night

We had an AC problem reported in the morning, supposedly they tried fixing it and it had the same issue when we were back to the room. They send a technician while we are trying to rest, to look into the AC. We had to recommend switching the rooms. My booking has breakfast included. The first day they didn’t have a cook, the second day we had to pay for it.

The room view; difficult to control the AC - too cold or too hot; and the AC was very noisy. Annoyingly noisy!

Nice, comfortable, clean, and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that the handrail into the pool had become disconnected from the steps, which I reported to the front desk.
