الشيئ الوحيد الدي اعجبني في الفندق هو قربه من الحرم فقط .

لاتوجد نظافة ؟ الأسرة والمفارش غير نظيفة ؟ لاتوجد خدمات ، لا يوجد تجاوب من الموظفين ! بإختصار لن اعيد زيارته مره اخرى

no cleaning at all, very bad smell in the room and beds, breakfast is included but we found out they would get it from outside the hotel and it was very bad and very expensive

الغرف صغيرة ولا يوجد بها كمادينة لوضع جهاز الهاتف حيث تم وضعه بالأرض لا يوجد مناشف استحمام التلفاز عطلان ويوجد تهريب مياة في الحمام

Staff behaviour and untidiness and long wait over elevators. Hotel reception was extremely unfriendly and cleanliness wasn’t good. Bedsheets were quite old and I got an allergy because of untidiness.

Nothing at all. I travelled with my family last, this hotel is very dirty. Rooms are filthy and small and bed sheets are like never washed

Everything about this place was horrible They say breakfast but it’s not a buffet. You don’t know what they will bring to your room. I had change that was owed to me however I had to go back and forth several times requesting for it to be returned. Rooms: small and filthy Bathroom: not hot water and not cleaned Overall outlook and hygiene not good at all

A fuir ! Hôtel sale , la chambre pue , limite une odeur des égouts Pas de serviette , accueil désagréable Et en plus, quand j’ai demandé d’annuler la réservation parce que la chambre est inhabitable, on m’a facturé une nuit alors que je n’ai pas passé la nuit dans cet hôtel

Every thing it was not clean the stuff was rude and thieves

Location is good, people are friendly

It is not clean Expensive comparing to the cleaning level Room service upon request not by default, even it took too much time to provide what you requested. Property needs too much maintenance

الاسرة مستهلكة وغير نظيفة دورات المياه قذرة جدا المكيف تتغير حرارته و لا يوجد أي منفذ للهواء ازدحام شديد على المصعد

How the manager was handling everything and working on comforting all residents. Also the location is perfect

حجزت غرفتين .. غرف سيئة لا يوجد مناشف .. لا يوجد اكواب شاي وقهوه .. الغرف رائحتها عفنه .. وابواب الحمام خشبية محطمة ومهترئة جدا .. الدش لا يعمل .. ريحة الحمام عفنه .. لا يوجد مروحة شفط .. السرائر والمخدات والبطانيات جودتها ضعيفة جدا جدا ومهترئة جدا ... يوجد تحت السرير قذارة اوساخ طعام واوراق .. الخ ( واضح ان عمال التنظيف لا ينظفون بشكل جيد .. والادارة( المصرية )السيئة ..غير مهتمة بتقييم الزبائن للفندق ( همها الوحيد تأخذ رواتب ثم تنتقل لفندق اخر .. طبعا مالك الفندق يجب محاسبته من قبل وزارة السياحه واغلاق فندقه حتى يعيد ترميم الفندق والادارة معا. ارجو من موقع booking ازالة الفندق من قائمتها بشكل نهائي . للاسف اسوء تجربة فنادق في حياتي .

طاقم الاستقبال الأخ مشاري محترم وبشوش ومتعاون جدا وطلبت منه مناشف وكاسات ايضا وأحضرها لي دون تردد

نظافة الغرفه للاسف الأسره كأنها مستخدمه وغير نظيفه وبها أتربه كثيره جدا أيضا وأيضا شطاف الحمام خربان

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Very smelly rooms Dirty washrooms Dirty bed sheets Poor staff service Towels were delivered to my room by placing on the floor. See picture attached
