The property is new, everything is super clean, front desk individual was very pleasant and friendly and it’s close to the GSP airport

Breakfast was really good. Bed very comfortable. Room extremely clean. Host was wonderful

To turn on shower you had to get in first. You got sprayed with cold water

I think overall breakfast was good. Someone really needs to learn how to cook grits though. Last time we stayed here it was grits and eggs one day and sausage and gravy the next so there was some variety. Also the apple juice was out the next day and that’s my kiddos favorite. Other than that we love the location close to my grandmother and we absolutely stay here for the pool.

Mr. G, the evening shift receptionist was amazing, chnaged my room prompty because of an air conditioning problem, gave me a late check-out free of charge because of my flight and was overall a very polite and attentive person, great professional!

The breakfast was mediocre at best, improvement needed there. Poor selection and quality.

The location was convenient and everything was clean and as expected.

The fridge wasn’t on or cold at all when we checked in.

From the moment we arrived, it was a definite breath of fresh air. Not only were the rooms absolutely beautiful, they were also spacious, super comfortable, and the layout was awesome! Everything was so clean, as well. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, & went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need & wanted as well as our needs taken care of! Most definitely will be staying here time & time again! U wont be disappointed, customer service was extraordinary!!!

Because of covid the breakfast was grab & go. Other than that no complaints whatsoever!

Very good breakfast. Roomy breakfast area and the selections and food was good. The rooms were nice, large, clean and comfortable. The hotel did book us with adjourning rooms, as we were traveling with our family with children. I should add also that we had our dogs with us. My husband and I had our two medium size dogs. And my daughter and family had two small poodles. The hotel had a dog walking area which was good. And also there is a road next to the hotel with an avenue that made for a longer nice walk with the dogs. A much valued asset to dog owners. The staff was very nice.

The evening staff were absolutely amazing, helpful, engaging and caring. Very clean and quiet. Loved the room design with partial wall for lounging. Great place

The only thing we can say negatively is the breakfast could improve a lot. At least, add condiments for eggs. Such as salsa, cheese etc… It would also been nice to have oatmeal with its condiments such as nuts, berries, etc…

Property was very clean, room cleaned and comfortable bed. The location was great, restaurants and stores near by. Housekeepers were very nice and professional. Kwamie and Gyasi at the front desk showed superb hospitality, professionalism and always provided great service to our needs with a smile and always called me by my name. Very impressed with their dedication. Very nice to my kids as well.

The property was clean, the staff was courteous and accommodating, and the cost was very reasonable!
