It’s a cute place in a great location. Very quiet and has lots of places for larger groups.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and the proximity to the Short North was perfect!

The house was perfect for us 4 co-workers for a conference at the convention center. Plenty space, bathrooms, common areas, etc! I will rent again when back in the area for an event.

Our weekend trip to Columbus at “Big Gray” was fantastic! The house is spacious, charming, clean, and stocked with tons of kitchen supplies! The area is perfect- walking distance to restaurants/ stores, close to the convention center, and ample off street parking right in front of the home, which was a big plus for us! We will definitely stay again in the future!

This house was great for our family and grandparents to stay at for OSU graduation. The only suggestion would be to leave for dishwasher pods for washing.

House was very comfortable. Walking distance to Ohio university and restaurants. Nice fenced yard and neighborhood to walk my dog.

I stayed here with some co-workers to attend a conference at OSU. The location, in Victorian Village, is within a 20 min walk to the university union, where the conference was held. I could not be more pleased with the house and location. The house if very large, with 4 bedrooms, and has a nice back patio where I spent much of my time. It also has a private back yard that is great for a cookout. There are photos in the living room showing the house before and after restoration. The change is truly amazing. On the early morning of the day we were to check out we got notice that our flight had been canceled and rescheduled for the next morning. After much effort we found alternate flights from Dayton, but not leaving until the afternoon. I asked for a 2-hour extension in checkout time and it was given. That made a very long travel day a little bit more relaxing and was appreciated by all. There is no doubt that I would want to stay here again if traveling with a small group of friends.

Great location and house for our stay. Only issue I had was some communications from the owner indicated an email to reach out to for questions, while the preferred method after we finally got dialog started was the VRBO message board. Delayed getting the answer some, but once we were messaging on the same platform the communication was great.

We were so happy to see that the description of the home was very accurate. We went to Ohio for my mother’s memorial. I needed somewhere with no stress. Guess what? I couldn’t find stress anywhere! I looked everywhere and all was perfect no stress to be found. Haha on a serious note, this part of my visit really made a difference. My hosts were both so nice and were just a phone call away. I will do this again when I need to. Bye bye hotel hello Vrbo!

We stayed at this property for the weekend visiting our daughter at Ohio State. This was a great location for this trip. The house had more than enough space for us to enjoy. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It is in a great location as we were a short distance from both campus and the Short North restaurants. The house also had a great backyard. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits. Also, the communication with the property managers was great and they were very accommodating to a few requests we made. Overall, a great experience.

The house was perfect inside and out. We had plenty of space to entertain. The fenced in back yard was great for our Golden Retriever to play and the 4 space off street parking was ridiculously convenient. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier during a cozy winter weekend.

We had a wonderful time! Big Gray is in the perfect location for exploring Columbus. The home is large and comfortable. We had 4 adults and my service dog and all were very happy. The fenced yard was just right for my dog. We had a pre-Chriztmas with local family and there was ample parking, room in the kitchen for 4 cooks and seating for all 8 of us. We had a fantastic time. Thank you for providing such a lovely place!

Place was great! Nice and roomy. Beautiful woodwork throughout the house. The beds were very comforterable. Easy walking to OHS and neighborhood was nice. Go Irish mens swimming!
