_Great location near trams and metro direct to CBD. _Room was spectacular with amazing view. _Nice balcony to enjoy the view. _Very quiet. _Great facilities (gym, spa, restaurant, ...). _The giant comfortable bed!

_I would have loved to have dishes in the room (though there are a microwave and a kettle in the room). _I would have loved for the aircon not to be centralised, I want to control the temperature in the room which I think is fair to ask.

The balcony door I had didn’t lock, I didn’t feel safe being a solo woman traveler so I went down to tell my concerns to the reception late at night but there was 3 guys standing there laughing so I just left and stayed at my friends

Difficult to find entry gate in heavy rain, ended up at The Novatel next-door, at first.......Not much signage prior ? Our room was on Level 7 so glorious view of Melbourne from our bed, especially at night when the weather cleared a bit. Bit sorry about the lack of dining / breakfast, other than to walk back, next-door to the Novatel. Only vending machine on weekend ?

There was No breakfast / No meals. Cafeteria was CLOSED for the weekend. Told to walk next door to Novatel to their restaurant ??? We had Twisties for dinner !!! "Welcome Pack" = toiletries & 4x sachets coffee (for 2 pax) NO tea bags & 2 ONLY sugar strips = 1 teaspoon between 2 !!! & NO MILK. No milk at all, or extra sugar available on site. We were told to go out to buy for ourselves - just great after driving 5 hours in pouring rain & unsure where to go !!! Odd ideas about "hospitality" ??? All Tax Deductible provisions after all ?

- wunderschöne Zimmer - Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden - perfekt zum Arbeiten - Aldi gleich in der Nähe(schöner Spaziergang) - 45 min mit Öffi in die Stadt

- wenig Ausstattung in Gemeinschaftsküche - schmutzig und lieblis in der Gemeinschaftsküche

Couldn’t control Aircond. No soap in bathroom , no tea or coffee

Very unsatisfactory stay, unfortunately had residents/guests ??? outside my room from 11pm-2am bring very loud & disrespectful. Had to get security sent up…..even after this, no didn’t stop. I had a very broken sleep. Complained at checkout, to be told to contact bookings.com, not the properties issue. service since from both the property & bookings.com has been just as bad as my sleep . I ve spent the week, being ping ponged between both businesses trying to escalate to get a refund Not happy at all with neither company, not taking responsibility and finding a resolution
