The bathroom was the nicest room.

My room did not have a microwave. There was a refrigerator but not a microwave.

The food was overpriced. I did not eat the breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable. I could not sleep at all. I had to take tylenol to help relieve the pain in my back and legs from the discomfort. We had no hot water and the pressure was not good. There was not a microwave in the room or downstairs. I traveled with children and needed access to a microwave. Instead, they offered over priced food on the 13th floor. Or, you could rent a microwave for $25 per day IF they had one available. The pool was extremely cloudy and not clean. The parking garage was absolutely HORRIBLE. Only one vehicle can safely come or go from the garage. Myself and other motorist had to backup and allow each other access to the entry/exit one at a time. I was almost hit several times and it took me several minutes to safely back out of our parking spot because I had to continuously backup and pull forward to keep from hitting another vehicle. The overnight parking fee is a joke. It should be free for all the hassle that people have to go through. Also, unless you valet park, there is not way to get your belongings from your car without having to park, go down an elevator from the garage to the hotel itself and get a luggage cart. You then have to take it on an elevator and go back to the garage to get your belongings. No one bothers to help.

Bathroom was great: Shower was fantastic. I liked the bathing products. Bed was comfortable.

Thought the lobby felt like a bus station terminal. The arrangement of couches was not inviting nor was ther a welcoming feeling. I thought the valet charge was outrageous. Didn’t like the lack of a breakfast restaurant. Thought the peloton in fitness center was impressive but one had never used a peloton, it is difficult to suss out,

Hotel itself and room was nice

The food menu is horrible, the drinks at the bar were horrible and expensive, no tv at the bar, parking is expensive , no drink machines and a can soda at the bar is $4

Mein Aufenthalt im Blossom Hotel Houston war durchweg positiv und beeindruckend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine moderne und elegante Einrichtung, die eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schafft. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, äußerst sauber und mit hochwertigen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem bequemen Bett, einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einer gut ausgestatteten Minibar versehen. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von dem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service des Personals, das stets bemüht war, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend, in der Nähe des Texas Medical Center und gut angebunden an die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ich würde das Blossom Hotel Houston definitiv weiterempfehlen und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

The room was very roomy. The location was great. The staff was very friendly.

Entering my room it was dirty. Cleaning products left, carpet wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom still had tags from previous guests in the floor. I believe the air was controlled because my room never cooled when it was a heat advisory each day I was there. My room was next to the ice machine and it leaked well into the front entry of my room. The chairs in the pool area were so uncomfortable made it hard to lounge. They desperately needed cushions. The downstairs bar was never opened.

the breakfast food was supposed to be hot - eggs, toast, and bacon, but it was cold upon arrival. It otherwise tasted good. The room was great, very comfortable. Loved the Dyson hair dryer. Only complaint was there was a strange noise in the kitchen and living area the whole time we were there. Since the bedroom was a separate room, it didn't prevent us from sleeping. It just was annoying when we were sitting in the living and kitchen areas. Sounded like something draining constantly.

This was very nice and the staff was very nice as well.

The towels in bedding was clean, the refrigerator was defrosting which caused water to be all over the floor. My room key stop working a few times.

The breakfast was delicious. the accommodations were perfect. We had the Two-bedroom suite. Very beautiful and spacious. Staff was very friendly.

we did have 2 small hiccups, I chose the breakfast included option on booking but when i got there they stated they do not include breakfast they instead gave me 2 $20 vouchers for 2 meals but there were 5 of us who paid for breakfast be included. I think the breakfast included option should be taken off the site. another thing one of the Valet drivers drove one of our cars a little crazy so we decided to switch to self-parking.

Beautiful property - everything was clean and spotless. Loved the customer service and the valet services was easy to use and convenient.

The room was quiet, large with a great bathroom.

I booked this hotel to be close to downtown Houston. The photo on Booking.com showed a room with a full view of the Houston skyline. I talked with desk staff and it appears that there are no "regular" rooms facing that direction. In fact, there is a possibility that there is no room facing that direction as the rooms seem to face the 3 other directions leaving doubt about the marketing photo. This hotel, in the medical area (which as someone unfamiliar to Houston did not mean anything to me) requires you to take several highways to reach the tourist area. Additionally the day I was driving to the hotel, Booking.com gave a lower rate for the same level of room. The desk said I needed to contact Booking.com and I did. Nothing has been resolved. Parking was $35 a day, self-park up which started at Level 5 of the parking garage. Valets were very nice about greeting you however as not using their service, it served only as a security measure. Inside the hotel, the desk clerks were gazing at their screens seemingly involved with other matters. They did not look up, greet, or appear to notice. I paid over $300(many taxes, service fees and parking ) a day for an inconveniently located hotel. Not a good value for a large room and nice bathroom that I was not able to use during the day as it was so inconvenient.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Gave us ideas of places to have nice food dinner.

I liked the clean and spacious room. The air conditioner and heater were very quiet and the entire hotel had a nice scent. The laundry and fitness room were also clean.

The staff wasn't friendly. Parking fees $35 to $45 per day. It was not described on booking.com or priceline. Does not accept Apple pay or other electronic payments.

Asked for towels and a blanket upon check in and they clerk said they would be sent to my room . They never came … I called twice …

This hotel is luxury on a budget with a REALLY pretty bathroom. Well priced for the aesthetics and ambiance. The lobby is nice with live music and ambient lighting. The hotel was very quiet and the room was mostly soundproof as advertised. The room service responded well when I ordered dessert at 9 pm and it was worth the $38 for two items.

I did not have time to explore the hotel and the front desk person told me nothing about the hotel. It would have been nice to know what more the site had to offer along with the beautiful room. The room overlooked a construction site.

The property itself is beautiful

Nothing was working/where it was supposed to be. My coffee machine did not work. They don't bring coffee into the lobby until 6:30. The night before, the chef could not get to my order (even soup) for 45 minutes bc he cooks only one order at a time. The waitstaff could not bring me a drink, only beer from the glass-front fridge that looked like it was in a corner store. The property is not located close enough to other options to make it viable. Unless you wast to simply go to the zoo or medical center, there's nothing to do.

Everything about this hotel was great. From the decor, rooms & staff! Everything was clean and up to par as I wanted it to be. The staff were very helpful and attentive to their guest. And the view at night is so beautiful. Look forward to booking here again in the future.

Very up-market hotel. Great value for money. Lovely rooms and a decent size too.

One thing that spoiled my stay - is that I have not received a copy of my bill - which I have asked for on three occasions. I also need to question what I was charged for - as my credit card appears to show the charge was slightly higher than quoted. Apart from this detail, this is a particularly nice hotel to stay in.
