The breakfast could be better you have a lady standing cannot speak any English just nod her head not good. Nothing against her but ENGLISH is America's first language and that does not look good for people who cannot speak or understand english

The location was fine and the staff was friendly.

It was not clean. The shower made me feel uncomfortable to shower in. And toilet had urine splashes on it. There was a lizard in my room.

I loved the full breakfast that I had the privilege of enjoying.

I didn't like being on the first floor. The people above my room were somewhat noisy. Which I guess is to be expected.

Complained about the AC unit all three days we were there with no resolve. Promises from front desk to send maintenance out never happened. No accommodations or apologies from the facility were made during nor after the stay.

The room size & all the utensils & appliances it comes with. I loved the size of the pool.

The breakfast was not the best..but fair.

Despite all the issues, Alexandria, the front desk representative, was helpful and respectful.

There was a stench when walking into the room( stale,old). Dirty, stained kitchen counter, shower drains, refrigerator doors. Air conditioner in room with king-size bed made noise. Opened closet door in room with king-size bed, and it came off the tracks. The Tv in room with king-size bed did not work. One of the lights on the headboard did not work. the refrigerator buzzed all night. Woke up to a sweaty, greasy bathroom floor. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this location. It was not a good experience for me. Checked out after the first night.

Saw one car's window was broken b/c there was someone from outside came and broke it and stole some merch in the car, this was made me nervous for safety.

I didn't like the fact my first room my air conditioner was broken they transfer me to another room I lost out on my bottle alcohol that was made a mistake and left in the room because I had to move move to the next room it had a lot of things that was missing out the room but other than that it was comfortable

Pool was closed majority of the time. Really was counting on it as we were out all day and kids wanted to unwind in the evening. Room had a smokers smell and no matter how much air freshners we used smell was musty and we could not get it it out. Hotel has air units which is pretty ghetto for a hotel. Doors to enter buildings were broken which gave access to everyone.
