The property charged me 250$ more than my booking price and when I checked with them at the reception on the day of check out they confirmed that my rate is 250$ less and that amount is taken as deposit which will be refunded within 2-5 business days. Now its been more than 11 days since I checked out and I still didi not receive my money back. I called the hotel and messaged them through booking but no response. It’s a shame for such big name!

The view. The shades to keep light out in the morning. The bathroom. The shuttle. Especially the shuttle! The pool and gym area. I didn’t have time to actually get in or try the gym out. But I did go take a look. And definitely want to go back and try it out when I have more time. The view from that area is also beautiful!

I didn’t like the atmosphere in the lobby after 10 pm. I wouldn’t recommend coming out of your room after then if you’re not fond of party life. I went to the lobby to grab a sweet snack at about 11:30 pm and wasn’t pleased with all that. But that’s just me and don’t mind getting snacks ahead of time next time.
