The house was wonderful and very clean

not enough towels but that was okay

The house is very centrally located everywhere we win. It was only about 20 minutes away. Plenty of amenities nearby and the airport is only about a 15 minute drive as well. We were a group of three friends so the ability for each to have her own bedroom was excellent. There are plenty of amenities nearby and we light all the house had to offer including the TV and the kitchen facilities Highly recommend

We had an issue with the Wi-Fi, however it was cleared up very quickly early on our stay so not really a con at all. I like the responsiveness of the owner.

The propert had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and convenient to the highway and tourist sites.

Quiet location in the suburbs of Charleston. Equipped as advertised.

Beds a bit small and outdated. However, are part of the charm of the property.

The house was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. It was very roomy for my family of 5. They had a lot of extra amenities that they def didn’t have to provide. Such as, coffee, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Only issues we had were that the floors had definitely not been mopped for some time and that the A/C couldn’t keep up with the temp. Overall the house was clean. However, the floors were swept but clearly not mopped. Not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating when you pay a cleaning fee and then your socks and feet are black when you walk around the house. Also, they were in the middle of a heatwave and the house wouldn’t get below 76 degrees during the day. This was out of their control though, but I wish I would have known so I could have brought a fan to help me sleep.

I like the house quiet neighborhood

Had to keep flushing the master bedroom bathroom and the lights had an issue along with washer but overall it was a great place to stay

Loved the neutral location. The house was clean and in a good area. Enjoyed the peace and quiet before and after long days of kickball. The host was great and responsive. I would book there again. I have no complaints...highly recommend.

The property was so neat and clean! Loved the added touch of snacks, plenty of necessities etc., Property owner was very good when I had a question.

Everything was terrific. Clean, comfortable, just what we needed for a long weekend in Charleston.

Only one suggestion. Install an extra grab bar at the tub. Floor is quite slippery when exiting the bathtub.

Location was good. No breakfast included

The yard was infested with fleas....they need to spray. Only 4 towels were included...no hand towels. No bath mat in the bathroom. Additionally we were told there were 2 baths when in reality there was 1 bath and a powder room. Upon arrival the commode in the powder room was broken. The stove was in poor condition.

the property owner was easily available, the doorbell was stuck & she solved the issue immediately. the cost of the house for vacation was exceptional -the house was clean, roomy for 5 people, close to all locations, easy to find & get in & out of property, everything you needed to clean up was there, even snacks were provided. We would rent again if in that area.

the chest of drawers in bedroom was not usable but we used the dresser drawers

We loved the location and the house was so comfortable for relaxing. The price was very reasonable especially as compared to hotel rooms. We were there to attend tennis tournament on Daniel Island and it was so convenient with easy driving to the venue. We loved the large bedrooms and the living room with the two couches as there were 4 of us. We were able to find a BBQ Restaurant close by for take out after we arrived as we wanted to watch tennis that evening on TV. There were other restaurants and shops close by but our days were full with the tennis events. There was a grocery store close by if needed. We appreciated the coffee and sweeteners and creamers that were there on arrival and the other snacks. We got info that it was a pod coffee brewer and so brought our own pods as well. The host was very responsive to text messages and answered questions before and during our stay.

We were very disappointed with the kitchen. If we had wanted to prepare food it would have been very difficult. There were pots and pans and lids but there was not a single mixing bowl. There was not a toaster or a large knife to prepare our bagels. The serving items were pretty random. The grill listed in the information was not functional. They need more towels and a bath mat. There was no information about the TV.

This was the perfect spot for our family get away. The house was extremely cozy and located near everything we wanted to see. The house felt like at a home with a relaxing atmosphere. The decor was extremely beautiful and fitting to the home. The check in process was easy and communication was always done in a timely manner. There were books about Charleston that helped us find places to explore. The neighborhood was nice. The house was very clean and welcoming.

The only thing I did not like was the size of the tv in the living room. That really didn't matter because we were out most of the time.
