A group of friends came to town for the Northwestern/Iowa game at Wrigley Nov 2023. The house was adorable, two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms with a shared bath on main level. The location is top notch, only a few minutes drive to everywhere we needed close to Wrigley. The first night was quite chilly as the wiring for the heater had become disconnected. It was promptly fixed the next day. Staff had quick response time and was available 24 hours. Note the dishwasher is not available but wasn’t a problem as there was plenty of dish soap available. Only recommendations I can make are: Extra blankets Extra towels/washcloths I would definitely stay here again!!!

This place was perfect for our stay. We had 6 adults and a teenager. Plenty of space. The way it’s set up, we each had our own “wing” and bathroom. Would stay again!

We needed a place for family to stay when my daughter ran Chicago marathon. Apartment was clean and neat and fit 8 adults comfortably, having 3 bathrooms was great. Neighborhood is wonderful easy to get around no trouble parking, lots of good places to eat. Only complaint was dishwasher tripped the fuse and were told it was because we had kitchen lights on?? It was the middle of the day and we had no lights on! Then when we turned it on water was pouring out from bottom. Response from VRBO was that dishwasher was not on list of amenities—which is true—however when you see a dishwasher in kitchen you would expect that it is there to use, unless you are warned beforehand. Luckily we were there to turn it off and wipe up the water before it leaked downstairs. Host quickly responded to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The communication was excellent. The home is in a SAFE and VIBRANT area. The security is excellent. There is a fantastic playground at the park nearby. The home is MODERN and very CLEAN. It’s well stocked, though I would suggest the addition of wine glasses. The linens were HIGH QUALITY and the mattresses very COMFORTABLE. The dishwasher was not operable, but they were actively trying to fix that. These things happen, so we were pleased to receive proactive communication.

Great company to work with. They quickly responded to every email. Great neighborhood and not too far from the city.I especially appreciated how clean the condo was.

I booked this place for my 80 year old parents to stay for a week with 3 aunt's and 3 uncles also visiting whose/ange from 70-82. Checkin was decently smooth enough, digital combo lock. The place was clean which was great! Host was pretty annoying however. Apparently they installed some type of noise monitoring system and were having connectivity issues with it. They basically harassed us demanding that we do not unplug the unit. Umm, the unit was never unplugged. They asked me to power cycle the unit and provide tech support to their WiFi for them to try and get it working. Candidly, it's not my job to fix their infrastructure. We also discovered that the dishwasher wasn't working. It was leaking gallons of water all over the kitchen floor whenever it was run. Not only that I suspect they knew about this in advance as the dishwasher power socket was intentionally powered off via GFCI. What kind of vacation rental has no working dishwasher? So yeah, for an entire week we had to do our own dishes. Not even an apology from the hosts. Also discovered the vacation rental had no laundry detergent when we tried to wash towels after cleaning up the water from their broken appliances. In the 20 years I have booked vacation homes I've never come across one without a working dishwasher and no detergent. The hosts are rather bad at thinking about how to provide an exceptional experience for guests. Keep that in mind when booking. This is NOT a vacation rental, it's a crash pad.

Had a party of 4 and really enjoyed our vacation. Very clean and nice apt with a short walk to Roscoe Village bars and restaurants. Overall a great value and highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a stay in Chicago. Great location, nicely furnished, super comfy beds and sheets, we had a wonderful time and would def stay again. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best rental I've stayed in. The property was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable which is often not the case for rentals. The multiple levels made it feel huge. It was way more spacious and nice than the pictures showed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt really safe. This is a place I would enjoy living in let alone renting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 10/10.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and very residential. We ubered to downtown. Would recommend for a large group.

From check in to check out we had the best stay. There were a couple things that I had to reach out to the owner and they responded very promptly. We needed additional wash cloths and towels. I messaged the owner and next morning Amazon had delivered the towels. By the next day the wash cloths were delivered. The key pad was acting wonky, I messaged the owner and they responded right back at 11pm! I went the next morning bought batteries and the key pad was back up and running. This place is very nice with plenty of space for about family of 7. Very nice area with people walking their dogs and a park right across the street. We caught a softball game one night and a baseball game the next night. Very easy area to get around the city. Only about a 20 min drive to downtown. Plenty of restaurants close by and a Target that we went to during our stay. The place was very clean and stocked with all the amenities. If ever in Chicago again we will definitely stay here! Rental was seamless and communication very good. Apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but close enough to good restaurants and other necessary shops. There was plenty of room and the apartment is very nicely furnished.

We came to Chicago to celebrate out 12 year wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and easy to get into.

We have stayed here 3 times and have always been pleased.

A great home (loved having 2 stories!) in a great location. Across from a park was excellent and also a short drive to great food and activities. Plenty of free street parking.

Place was very clean. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and plenty of free parking on street. This was a business trip with me and three associates and the 4 bedroom lay out was perfect. I would stay here agian.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable, manager responded quickly to our questions. The property is in a charming neighborhood.

Amazing place to spend the weekend at. Parking was always available. Josue was exactly how it was describe. Will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this vacation rental property. We would love to return next year and highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation spot in Chicago!

The purpose of this visit was business. We have stayed in the city many times. This was a welcome change. The house was very clean, the neighborhood great, and it was so nice to have a common area to visit with colleagues.

Great property in a beautiful neighborhood! Very clean and modern with lots of rooms for a larger group.

Communication was great. Property was very clean & newer, location very nice , free easy parking. A few suggested improvements- kitchen towels, dish cloths , making sure everything is on (dishwasher not working) - no instructions stating that there was a under sink switch and reset buttons to turn on, kitchen sink drain broke and leaked all over,( took 22 hours for someone to come over and fix, only 1 smart TV in a bedroom - listing states there are one in each bedroom, no laundry soap on site,

We came for a baseball week. We stayed with our three grown kids and it was nice that everyone had their own room. The air conditioner works great and overall it was a good stay. Keep in mind, there is not a king size bed, they are all queen, memory foam.

We needed a place for our son, his wife and our 2 year old granddaughter, our other son, our daughter, and my husband and I. It was perfect- clean, spacious, beautiful neighborhood, close to grocery store and only 10 min drive to the theatre! Check in simple and hosts readily available for any questions. I would highly recommend this lovely “ home away from home”!

Better descriptions and operating instructions for the locks would have been helpful, ie which knob and turning CW or CCW. Some of the initial amenities such as kleenex and handsoap were not provided. Phone messages to the office went unanswered.

The property was very nice. It was 15 minutes away from all the areas we wanted to visit. Should have had a TV in every bedroom. Floors needed cleaning again between rentals. The only really bad part was hair in the bathrooms from previous tenants.
