The hotel is new, modern and extremely clean. The check-in staff were very pleasant and allowed us to check-in early. They accommodated our request for feather pillows. The room itself was very clean and well kept up. The bathroom was quite large with a very nice sizable walk-in shower.

In general we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, but if I had to drop our visit from exceptional to very good, it would be for: 1) as is the case for a lot of hotel rooms we have visited, although the bathroom itself was generous in size, the sink vanity top was extremely small - way too small for two adults with toiletries. There was maybe 6 inches of space on the left side of the sink and another 6 inches on the right side with the towel ring in the way; and 2) our room was on the outer/street side of the hotel and it was extremely noisy. From police/ambulance sirens to people showing off how loud their cars can be, it really detracted from our stay. It's possible that it could be quieter in rooms in the inner/courtside of the hotel.

I always love coming to this hotel to stay. It’s a great location, love the lobby, spacious rooms, and I have a good view. The staff at the front desk are always polite and nice to me every time I come!

The one thing I was disappointed about was that the refrigerator was not clean and it smelled, so I was not comfortable with putting leftover food in there or drinks. When the staff cleans the room, please consider the refrigerator and ice bucket, please. That was also not fully cleaned.

The location is top tier! The hotel is around many restaurants, bars, and leisure activities within walking distance! Also, the area is gorgeous!

I don't think there's anything I didn't like. Perhaps the lack of variety in food available at the hotel is the only thing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The staffs are friendly.

The hotel room has a strong remodeling smell. I got a headache after staying for 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and changed another room for me. However, the new room still has a smell, and it's also very dirty. I had to clean the nightstands and table myself. I even found hair on the sheet. My stay has been unpleasant, and I will not recommend this hotel.

Elevator issue, night time parking issue.

The breakfast was decent, the location was clean

The cleanning lady came in the room without knocking. In addition, I forgot my Air Pod Pro2. I called the front desk I was told that I would get a call back after they check loss and found. To date I have yet to receive a call back, moreover, when I did find my airpods it was located at 2531 Roseview Lane, Charlotte, Noth Carolina.

We checked in late and the staff was great about accommodating our request for a late checkout. Breakfast was great and just what we needed after a long day of driving.
