The location is very close to the places to visit. There is a good restaurant nearby. And the room was clean, comfortable and with some hangers to hang wet clothes.

Some customers were very noisy but it was not the hotel's fault. I only missed an electric kettle and a coffee and tea bag.

The staff was very polite and prompt at service. Overall the experience was very pleasant as whatever was asked was provided immediately.

That AC room were occupied so we had to settle for non AC

Could've been helped with better driver arrangement for the outside trip. This is the sole reason for giving 6 out of 10. We already had a loss with one person falling sick. We expected at least little reimbursement as the fuel that was filled was not even used to half. Cab arrangement, which was done, ended up as the biggest expense in the trip (even more than bookin 2 hotel rooms each day for 3 days). Your cab arrangement reasons to get your rating directly from 10 down to 6.

Rooms are way to small...there is no AC in a deluxe room...they use warm lights which makes the room way to hotter to pass the time... without AC the room is like a sauna... during day time the water is boiling...Cant bath with that

Very clean and modern place, everything looks new. Bathroom in good working order. Management even let us check in very early when we arrived from the night bus at 7.30am.

Cleanliness, very much close to the market, city bus stand , palace etc.

Bathroom is very small and toilet is too close to the wall to sit on it and is very much uncomfortable for someone to use the toilet.

Its location is great! Walking distance from the train station and to the palace. The hotel is very clean and the manager is super nice. He makes sure you have everything you need. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel!!
