The apartment is beautifully remodeled and it have everything you’ll need. A full equipped kitchen and a washer and drier. Location is perfect in front of one of the best beaches around and to walking distance to shops and restaurants. We didn’t have hot water when we arrived however the host went to the unit right away to see what was the issue (which the water heater was turned off) and fixed it in no time. The host was fantastic! 100% recommended

We love the view its the most. The apt inside its nice, the only its the bed, the mattress needs changed. The area is nice, the beach its just past the street.

Everything is what the pictures show. The view is amazing. The beach towels and chairs came in handy. The negative is the ACs need to be updates not as cold as we would have liked it. We had to lower it the max for it to cool off the space.

Beautiful views from the condo! Even better views than the pictures show!! Great communication from the start to checkout. I read a few comments about the AC/window units and it was really no problem. Always as cool as we wanted it to be. Everything updated on inside! Conformable bed and sleeper sofa . Close to restaurants and grab stores. Beach right out the door! Would recommend for sure and we would book again!

the apartment is next to the beach and close to everything in San Juan. private parking spot is a must if you drive and stay in Isla Verde. washer and dryer in apartment lets you pack lighter. the apartment is quiet even though it is right above the main beach access road. second time staying at this apartment will come again if its available.

Yes it had great ocean views at the corner of the condo. I want to give this a great review and the owner has done a good job with most of the upgrades it has a beautiful kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches all the way around. The problem is they didn't upgrade the air conditioners and they don't work. We couldn't use the bedroom at all because it was a hot box. We have to set up our bed in the living room and that air conditioner was a little better but still very loud. It's also loud down below the condo late into the night because there's bars and restaurants. There's also patrons with boomboxes and cops that come along with their whooping noises. This goes on for a very long time we were asleep deprived and it ruined our ability to enjoy the condo. We left early but no one has gotten back to us about an adjustment which I think we should get on our rate. The lack of communication doesn't set well with me either. I really wish that they would work with me. I can't say it was all bad. I think they really need to make improvements.

Everything was fabulous except the bed, needs a new bed frame! But we’ll stay there again, absolutely loved it!

Easy to get anywhere, right on a great beach, lots of great restaurants close by! Thanks for the fridge full of necessities! We’ll be back!

This place is in the perfect location and great views of the beach. If you want to eat and drink, there are many places in walking distance. Easy Uber rides everywhere else and they were plentiful. My flight was delayed two hours and didn't get to the condo until after midnight. There was no power....made a few phone calls and then around 3am went to sleep with the sounds of the waves, and beer singing me to sleep. Next day, still no power so they moved me to one of their other condos for the night. Next day, power on, moved back, not a huge deal as it was just me. No fault of the condo owner/agency, was out of their control. All and all, a good five days. Would stay there again.

Views were great

The apartment in itself is nice and just like the pictures. The view is incredible. There is ocean view from all windows. The apartment is functional and the manager responds very well to any question. The building is a bit old, and doesn’t look great from the outside. The area is ideal for closeness to everything, plenty of restaurants around etc… just very noisy, but that’s the city life. Now the most challenging thing is the bed. The mattress was bad and we couldn’t sleep on it properly. Honestly, this put a bad taste on our trip, cause we couldn’t sleep well. The other challenge was the window AC, it was so so noisy. Can’t turn it off cause it’s very hot, but when it’s on it’s so noisy which makes it hard to sleep as well. All and all a nice place and we liked it, but we wouldn’t go back unless they change that mattress.

This property is relaxing the view to the ocean is gorgeous. From the room to the leaving area had wonderful outdoor beach view.

Best way to explain it...you feel like a home away from home....on the beach! Property manager has thought of everything for you to feel comfortable--everything! Will be back!

Great location, amazing view, clean, near everything, beachfront

We had an amazing experience. It was a quiet space with everything you need close by.

The neighborhood is definitely different than what I'm used to. It's good though, just different. The building itself needs some updating but the condo is beautiful and updated. Property manager left us some food and drinks in the fridge. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Smart tv in the living room. 2 sofa pull out beds. Bedroom and living room access to the bathroom. AC and fans were great. Only thing is I wish they had curtains in the living room because PR sunrise is 530am. Sofa beds bedding wish it was thicker, a bit uncomfortable but we still slept. Washer dryer and dishwasher in the condo. Building pool is great. Well maintained. Security guards are friendly and helpful. Garage building is well secured. The neighborhood: 24 hours CVS on the corner. They sell liquor, beer and wine. You'll have to try the Tempranillo if you're a wine lover. Lots of fast food places and restaurants at walking distance. The restaurant below the building, Alambique, every item on the menu is great and yummy! Drinks are very well poured. The small bars next to the restaurant I didn't care for because Alambique drinks are amazing. Staff are all friendly. Beach.... BEAUTIFUL! Don't go to the Ocean Breeze Bar Restaurant. It's not good. Will definitely come back to Lucille Corner!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Juan. The property was perfectly located and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the 9th floor. The snacks in the fridge were an amazing touch and there were even some beach towels (so we didn’t have to buy them from the CVS down the block). We will be back someday soon hopefully!

This condo is right on the beach. The beach is beautiful. There are some fast food restaurants, a supermarket, cvs, Walgreens and a few local restaurants right outside your door. The hosts of this condo were very quick to respond to any of our needs . The parking space was a great perk because this area is super busy and there will be slim chance of ever finding a parking spot. We did enjoy the central location and ended up venturing out to see the island often. We loved Pinones which has loads of local food restaurants and beaches that in our opinion were much more beautiful and quieter then isla verde. It’s only a 6 minute drive from the condo and you can spend all day driving up and down trying food and beach hopping. Over all I would recommend this condo for its cleanliness and its location. The hosts were also wonderful.

Got in late and in the refrigerator they had milk, bread, cheese, eggs, pineapple juice, soda and beer, very nice surprise. Good location to beach, restaurants and shopping. I had really only one thing I really didn’t like is they have no window coverings.

My family has stayed in another inner unit at this condo community many times before. When we saw a quick picture of Lucille's Corner, we knew right away we were in for a treat. Having a corner unit makes the view of the beach panoramic. Ahhhhh the breathtaking beauty of the sunrise. Being from the States, this condo had every luxury that we were accustom to back home. The modern sleekness was so comforting. It made it feel like you were home and not in some cheaply modeled rental. We will DEFINITELY be back next year. Don't hesitate to rent this gem. It's close to everything! The sounds of the incoming waves greets you in the morning (double/triple rainbows outside of your window), restaurants right outside your door, casinos, walking distance to 24 hour grocery store. I can go on for days. We loved ever minute celebrating our 2-year now 3 birthday.

I have so many perfect ratings for this place. Beside the view and area. To how clean and everything you need there. Wonderful place for my husband and I for a very relaxing time. Hope to go back next year

Let me start with the location, cleanliness and THE VIEW. The apartment is in a perfect spot, the view is incredible and the location cannot be any better. To make it better you have a gated parking spot in an area that is really hard to get or find a place to park, that is a plus as well. The communication with the host was great as well. We stayed at different places around the island for our vacations and believe me, this was our favorite BY FAR. Totally recommended.

I enjoyed a fantastic 5-day stay in August 2021 at Lucille's Corner in Isla Verde with my wife and son (1st grader). The apartment was extremely clean with everything we needed (beach and bath towels, linens, beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc, etc. ) I loved the special touch of the "welcome" items (including coffee, a few sodas and beers, milk, OJ, rum). The building's pool is not big or fancy, but it was a nice option for my family to play in and relax by when we wanted a change from the beach. The apartment's panoramic view of the ocean and beach from the ninth floor window is breathtaking. The property management company (Marco Polo) was very responsive in answering my questions and accommodating my needs before and during my stay. The Alambique beach bar/restaurant on the bottom floor of the building offers delicious food. Many other dining options are within walking distance. I'd return to Lucille's Corner in a heartbeat.
