Room was beautiful and spacious. I loved the view of the water and the balcony pool. It was nice to just sit there and chill after a few big days exploring Cancún and the surrounding areas! The beds are super comfortable, the water is always hot and your glass is always full!!

We changed to this room mid-way during our stay because we weren't able to extend in our previous room. The changeover wasn't seamless and they missed explaining a few things about the new room and functions but we figured it out eventually and loved it after that.

Nice clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable. Loved the Beachfront.

The food was not that great. Bar location far from the rooms. Everything closed early. Not enough entertainment.
