The hotel is in a prime spot on the promenade and close to the town, beach, and pier. Everything was spot on in the hotel, and we will definitely come to stay again.

Amazing sea view!

No laundry and the bathroom was like a public pool bathroom, not a hotel.

Great location on the front near the hub of all the attractions. Carpark at the back and plenty of places to eat and drink around. The triple family room we had booked was upgraded to a quadruple which had a sea view and was very spacious . All rooms have large tv and tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of milk which is generally my bugbear. The rooms are wheelchair friendly with wet room access.

The breakfast wasn’t great - there was plenty of it continental and cooked but the bacon eggs and hash browns all seemed to have been sitting for too long and were overdone and dry . There were adverts in the bar for Pimms - glasses and pitchers which we tried to order but were told by the barman that he couldn’t do anything that was advertised ! It didn’t really matter to us but they lost a sale !

We didn't have breakfast as we wanted more time to explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lift doesn't cover all of the bedrooms. I would make sure if we stayed again that we had access to it.

The TV.s all over the hotel were not working so no tv the whole time we were there .. said they where getting fixed that day but still nothing when we left

Room was clean and well equipped with all necessity. Tea, coffee, cookies, water replenished daily. Staff was excellent and helpful. Made special vegetarian sausages in the breakfast. Arranged for my taxis with short notice.

All good, could not fault anything.

A little bit pricey, but we have re booked.

clean comfy bed, warm and cosy room. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was hot tasty and cook just as we liked it bonus being able to park securely at the back of the hotel

Lovely views in the dining hall. The breakfast was very good. Hot and cold choices.

The lighting in the room was a little dull.

I was lucky to have a room overlooking the sea which was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the room had good facilities
