I absolutely love the history. The bathtub was amazing.

was near downtown and places to go. It was clean and roomy. The staff was friendly.

No restaurant or bar was open. The room was really plain. I expected a king size bed when I booked. The window rattled in the bedroom.

Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and pleasant looking. The location was nice as well.

The room I was given was not the same as the one I reserved. The beds were SUPER squeaky. Every little adjustment was the loudest squeak. It was not what I was expecting at all.

I love the building, large room and of course loved the soaking tub. I'll have to stay sometime when the bar and kitchen is available to check that out.

The elevator wasn't working and although I don't mind climbing stairs, doing it with luggage was unexpected.

We decided to move to another hotel, didn't use the room or the bathroom at all. They refused to refund any of the money. We paid over $100 to walk into the room, turn around and walk out.

Bed was wonderful

Living room not comfortable. No TV in bedroom. Couldn’t get keys at room door and had to get assistance. Front entrance not handicap accessible. No parking for handicapped.

Nothing This hotel has lock on door with sign that said open Friday sat 1-9. We had with you confirmed early check in for 2. Arrived 2:09 and no one there called emergency number woman said no check on time 3 again doors to hotel locked. This woman was rude inconsiderate and never once said let e open the door for you and you can wait inside. Said doors locked for security. Note you tell e what’s speaking about this. We told her to cancel reservation we were not staying she said no. Insisted she is just an employee and was being polite i told her she clearly was in the wrong line of business. Totally unacceptable service and response.

Doors were locked at 2:30pm even though the sign on the door says open from 1-9pm . Staff on the phone was very rude. Wanted to make excuses for extremely poor servic.

at 10 pm someone started running the jetted tub in the room above my room. so it was loud in my room. then in the morning i had a parking ticket on my car for $30 for parking on the main st. no one at the inn warned us about that. they also charged a $45 pet fee.

The history of the hotel

The coffee pots were not working properly. The rooms need to have clean linen, and the restroom freshened up with clean towels daily, not when u leave.

Absolutely wonderful. The room was nothing short of a pleasant surprise. Incredibly pleasant front desk. Super accommodating.

Only one complaint; tv is streaming service based which is pretty cool but the Wi-Fi signal was poor making watching it frustrating enough to give up on it altogether. Very small thing for us specifically but if we'd been there several days I think it would've bothered us quite a bit.

Beauty of the building, courteous hosts, look of the four poster beds.

Complicated access to the TV

We stayed in room 17 which was roomy, high-ceilinged, and had a large soaking tub. Lovely original artwork in common areas and beautiful bar with stained glass ceiling. Nice woodwork. Walking distance to good Mexican restaurant and a coffee shop.

We could hear children running on floor above. Ice was only available during very limited desk hours.

beautiful place with a great price

location of my room was right on the main drive. you could hear the heavy transport traffic coming down the highway at 4am and stomping of floor above me at 5am.

Great location, clean comfy beautiful building so much character spa tubs a huge bonus.
