The room was quite big, though not very clean - the bedsheets had some serious stains. I had to use a towel to cover the pillow so that my face did not touch the pillow cover!

The price was way too high for the location this hotel was in. It's roughly 55 minutes' walk / 10 minutes' taxi from the Masjid-e-Nabwi. FYI, the taxi will take 15-30 SAR to/from the Masjid-e-Nabwi, depending on the traffic.

It was calm. Close to all services. WiFi was excellent.

No water, tea or coffee were provided in the room. I found a cockroach roaming in the room before I put an end to his journey.

Room space is exceptional

Room service are so bad, no toilet paper was there, also female receptionist at morning shift has no idea about hospitality, I asked for one tea bag as they didn't provide at all, but she said they ran out of it 🤔🤔

Very good decoration, spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.

The bed sheets weren’t clean. There is no table and chair.

Furnature is pretty new.

Bath accessories quality was very poor. Hair dryer was not working. Staff were not helpful. No setting area in the room as discribed. Only one key card per room. Not enough parking area, sometimes I spent alot of time waiting for a vacant parking. Somtimes I parked far away. Not recommended at any means.
