Quiet place, clean, easy to access house, nice shops, restaurants 10 minutes walking, 20 minutes to Leeds city centre

Our engineer has stayed numerous times. Handy for work and the shops and good to be able to relax in a house and not a hotel.

The location

The living room is lacking in comfort, solid sofa with poorly placed furniture. Additionally, the kitchen was inadequately equipped, if you intend on cooking you’ll need to bring everything down to the oven tray. Moreover, there were instances where the host communicated multiple warnings about noise levels and advising the police would be called, despite no actual noise disturbance occurring, and the walls appeared wafer thin, as neighboring conversations were audible within the house. Multiple CCTV cameras and signage warning of cameras, this together with the multiple messages over a one night stay gave the feeling of being constantly watched.

It's a comfortable place.

Lovely quiet location, easy to park and close to train station. Had two lovely rooms upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs so lots of space. Nice use of outside spaces, which we enjoyed using, easy parking. We found it great 🙂
