Staff at reception was kind, and it was 24/7. We got checked in at 3am (very late) and they were attentive and kind. The room had a mini fridge and a small desk. The shower was easy to use and was at a good temperature.
The bed was ridiculously small. For two normal sized people we were squashed. When showering, it's impossible to stop water flowing everywhere and was very slippy. No bath mats were provided.

La camera era molto pulita, il bagno ha decisamente superato le aspettative con una doccia enorme e dotata di termostato regolabile che rendeva la doccia un vero piacere! La dimensione della camera rientra nella media di Londra. Nella dotazione della camera erano compresi, oltre alle amenities per il bagno e all'asciugacapelli, anche degli snack di benvenuto, tutto il necessario per preparare il the, alcuni dolci e delle bottigliette d'acqua. Un'altra cosa che ho molto apprezzato è stata l'insonorizzazione delle camere, direi quasi perfetta. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere particolare, Hatton Garden, ossia il quartiere dei diamanti, infatti si possono trovare gioiellerie ad ogni angolo. Di giorno è un quartiere abbastanza vivace e di notte regna la tranquillità: anche a tarda ora, passeggiando per la strada, la sensazione era di sentirsi al sicuro. Infine, la struttura permette il deposito bagagli gratuitamente, anche dopo il check out, per massimo 24 ore.
Il funzionamento del condizionatore era un po' macchinoso, infatti a volte la temperatura in camera andava oltre i range impostati. Non so dire se fosse un errore mio oppure un guasto.

Very noisy. Not external but either a lift or shower pump or something going off the other side of the wall by the head board.

The room size is quite good and everything is looks new.
I really like the water pressure in the shower and it was very simple to regulate the water temperature.
Plus, it was very quite - I was great!
The room could be more clean - it wasn't bad, but it was far from very clean, it could be because of the carpet.
Definitely, not a big issue.
Although the shower is great the shower area is slightly small/narrow.

New, immaculately clean. Nice touch with the water and snacks in the fridge. Quiet location, which is a bonus in London. Great option if you just need somewhere to sleep and are not bothered about breakfast etc

Lage und Preis waren ganz gut.
Das kleine Doppelzimmer für zwei normalgroße Menschen zu verkaufen, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Das uns zugewiesene Bett hatte maximal eine Breite von 120 cm. Die Matratze war zudem steinhart. Nach Beschwerden an Tag 1, wollte man uns zunächst mit einem neuen Zimmer zu einem Aufpreis am Folgetag abspeisen. An Tag 2 konnten wir dann ein neues Zimmer ohne Aufpreis beziehen. Die Matratzen waren noch immer hart und durchgelegen aber immerhin ausreichend für 2 Personen.

Located on Hatton Garden with all the Jewellery stores so nice and secure road, is this small but well appointed hotel, room was clean and well appointed, the free snacks and water are nice touch, bed was comfortable. The price I paid was exceptionally cheap for central London.
Reception girl could've been more welcoming, the pillows in the room need updating as they were not very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, short walk from Farringdon tube station, only a couple of stops from Euston. Really clean and great amenities for a small hotel. Staff were friendly, easy check in and checkout.
No breakfast or dining, but a good place for a short stay and the price is reasonable

Die Lage war toll. Ubahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Zimmer waren sauber!
Für einen Wochenende Trip würde ich wieder Buchen.
Leider war unser Badezimmer sehr klein und das Waschbecken war ein Handwaschbecken…der Unterschrank hat gefehlt. Sehr ärgerlich da wir nichts ablegen konnten. Zähneputzen/Gesicht waschen war sehr umständlich! (Zimmer 201)
Unsere Freunde hatten ein anderes Zimmer dort war das Bad größer und Vollständig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und der Lärm von der Straßen Seite war auch nicht Optimal aber das sind Kleinigkeiten!
Leider waren die Straßen rund um das Hotel sehr vermüllt. Aber das hat Ansich nichts mit dem Hotel zutun!
Für einen Wochenende Trip würde ich wieder Buchen.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were modern and in good condition visually. Quiet area but easy to get to the main areas of London.
I started in a room in the basement, there was only 1 bedroom (bit creepy) and a conference room on that level. The ventilation system was very noisy and there was a lot of noise in and out of the conference room late at night. My second room was much better, but the bathroom plumbing made a lot of noise constantly.

Not a lot really, room was nice and clean
Cleaners... they started cleaning at around 8am, on a Sunday, they were not quiet and you couldn't use the lift while they were there, for some reason they block it with dirty laundry. There is also a lot of electrical buzzing coming from the ceiling. I'm a light sleeper so this wasn't great.

The hotel room was underground. This was not made clear at the time booking. The photos of the room show curtains which one assumes indicates a window.

There was no breakfast. I recommend the Attendant Café (VG) and Café Maya (Excellent). comfortable room, quiet and close to Farringdon stations. Good shower and bathroom clean.
Thin walls and noisy guests early in the morning. Getting a chase up to quit the room TWO minutes after the 11.00 check out time when I was literally zipping up my case and about to leave and being told that housekeeping wanted to get in, in fact they were nowhere, not even on the same floor.

Really lovely small boutique hotel, comfortable and their little welcome of free snacks was a nice touch. Great shower, comfortable beds, clean and modern. We were on the ground floor and it was really quiet.
Very near underground on central line and literally a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. In the middle of the diamond district.
Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful throughout.

I had a junior sweet and it was pretty good.. location is also good.. the room was a bit small..
Pillows aren't great.. nothing else bad to say.
