We booked the house for Easter wknd. We had family coming from BC and northern Alberta for an Oilers game and dinner. The house had all we needed to cook a meal and was well stocked with dishes and supplies. Very welcoming with a treat bowl and the houses layout was perfect for everyone to have their own hang out space. Rooms are comfy and plenty of bathrooms and garage space and parking. The pool table was wonderful for the adults to unwind after a day of cooking and keeping the kids busy. Great little backyard. Can’t wait to stay again in the warmer months. And the mall is super close by! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with! Thank you Alex for allowing us to use your beautiful home

Nice clean house, very cozy. Good location and neighborhood. Host was excellent to deal with. Lots of space for six of us, and the pool table was a hit!

Our stay was awesome again this year, the location is great and having enough rooms and bathrooms for all of us is fantastic. The house has everything we need and is always very clean! If you have a large group this house is great!!

We had a great stay here for our gender reveal family get together. The house is so spacious and provides a lot of room. The house is fully stocked with more than you would need and the back yard was perfect considering the weather we were having for mid November. There were two little kittens living under the deck and it was fun watching them and giving them snacks. I had a dress malfunction and it was perfect that the house even had a little sewing kit as it had to be sewed onto my body and we were very thankful that was there as well as the first aid kit for a cut finger. Thank you Alex! We will definitely be back some time and will Recommend this stay to overs as well :) the only small thing was that the outdoor light bulb was burnt out and the plug in wasn’t working outside on the deck but we ended up finding an alternative solution with an extension cord and a light bulb, but you may want to check that for future guests. Thanks again!

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and linens. Lots of parking on driveway and I’m garage. Little extras like a basket of snacks. Easy communication with owner when we had questions. Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean, easy to check into and was perfect for our girls weekend in Edmonton!

I stayed here with my family of six. It is close to west Edmonton mall which was nice. Also having the pool table was great for evening entertainment. Loved the kitchen. Couldn’t ask for better communication with the owners. Thanks Alex.

Great house for my family guests, husband and I (10 adults) to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of space inside and outside backyard that was clean and comfortable. All beds were comfortable and 4 bathrooms so everyone had time to get wedding ready. Thank you Alex for your attentive responses to all our queries. I would definitely recommend. JB

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it does not look that big from the front but once inside, the house is huge! On main floor, large living room / comfortable TV room / kitchen and dining room. Top level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement is fully developed with a rec room (billiard table) and another bedroom. The back deck is very nice to sit on and relax. Overall, outstanding value! 10 minutes to West Edmonton Mall. 10 minutes to Anthony Henday Drive. 10 minutes to Whitemud Drive.

Alex was an exellent and responsive host. The house and aminities suited our mixed family needs to the tee. Great for seveal couples and children. Made for a memourable family meet up in Edmonton.

We had an event on the west side of Edmonton, so the location was perfect. Very close to many great amenities and Edmonton attractions. The property was lovely. The home was immaculate, very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very clean, renovated property with all you need for a home away from home. It was roomy and allowed for us to have separate rooms for sleeping and great common areas for visiting The host gave clear instructions on the property as well as adding little touches to welcome us. Only things to make it better would be luggage racks/chairs in bedrooms. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Everything in the house was as per the listing. 5 adults staying for over a week with tons of room for a few of us to work remotely. Very well equipped even founds things we didn’t think we needed. Large deck with bbq and lots of space to have family over for dinner in the awesome weather we had. Lots of extras everyone appreciate that basket of treats. Alex was very quick to answers any of our questions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

The house has recently had a major renovation. Everything showed clean. Beds were great. Kitchen, very adequate. Dinning area could easily accommodate 12 if needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood.. Manager was responsive to all my communication. I would highly recommend this property

I, Grandma, live in BC. My grandkids are in northern Alberta so we met in the middle for Easter dinner. We have stayed at several VRBO’s in Ed in the past. This one has been the best. Clean, lots of room and great location. Alex was always prompt when I had a question. We will come again. Thanks

This house is clean, very comfortable and has a great location close to WEM. This house felt like home as soon as we came in the door. It was well stocked with spices, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and even basic hygiene needs (cotton swabs, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo/conditioner). We had the whole home and driveway to ourselves which was a big selling feature for us. We will definitely rebook for any future trips to Edmonton.

Great house to be able to host our family! Big plus with it being so close to west Edmonton mall!! The house was very spacious so we weren't on-top of each other but it was so nice that it had enough space that we could all stay together!
