Very nice neighborhood. Ideal location for restaurants and shopping. I agree with the other clients; ice maker not working, stained couch and twin bed needs work. All in all I still rate it a 5 nowhere is going to be perfect.

Property is lovely, I'd stay there again. However, I paid in full 2 months in advance, non-refundable, only to find out the morning of check-in day that it was double-booked for the first night and another party was already in residence. Host found us another property for the one night, not proactively but after I begged for his help. It worked out in the end but was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, as our party consisted of 4 adults and one dog. We were 'homeless' for the day we had to move out of the temporary home until we could move into the one we had reserved, all of us (plus dog) and all our belongings crammed into one car; plus not having a home base while preparing for the activities that had brought us to Winston Salem in the first place.

The sofa was very stained. The carpets were dirty. Bed in room with tv is very uncomfortable for 2 people. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms. Ice maker in fridge is cracked and spewed ice on floor when freezer is opened.
I think the owner needs to take a walk through to see current condition. Better furniture would certainly make it more comfortable to sit and watch tv. Not a bad place, just needs better updating. Comfort and cleanliness are sparse.

We travel to WS about every 2 months to visit our daughter. Since we have a small dog we have always stayed in a pet friendly hotel. Never again! This place was the absolute best! We were helping our daughter and fiancé move this weekend and it was so nice to come home to a place that was roomy, clean and safe! I didn't have to smell weed when we walked our baby.😂 Quinton was very responsive and professional. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

It was very nice to stay in a clean, cozy & comfortable home as we come from 11hrs away to drop our daughter off to college. Us having this nice home for our last couple of nites hanging out was great. Would definitely recommend.

The house was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable. Everything you need is in this house. The host was awesome with accommodating my family and I. Will definitely rent this property again!

Not only were there upstairs and downstairs thermostats, but two of the bedrooms had window units on top of it. A+ for clean, cool, comfy sleeping. I would definitely recommend this place.

Owner was prompt in answering questions and taking care of a few items. Very easy to access and close to the Hanes Mall. A bit noisy from highway located next to house. Decorated very chic and had everything we needed. Thank you!
