We stated this property a few years ago. They have refurbished the inside, upgraded the kitchen and did some work on the AC unit as it stayed much cooler than a few years ago.

We booked to spend time with extended family. Property was perfect for the occasion. The property was close to the beach, close to food options as well as shopping. Well equipped and maintained. Property was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home on Hilton Head Island for a family destination wedding that was taking place at the Westin Resort and Spa. (The home is about a 5 minute drive to the Westin). It is very nicely decorated and the sheets and towels are very soft and comfortable. (Each bed has a quilt and sheets, we did not find any extra blankets, so if you have anyone in your party who is frequently cold, you may want to bring an extra blanket.) The home has three stories. The ground floor has a bathroom and bedroom with two double beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, dining and living room area. It also has a really lovely balcony area. The third floor has a gorgeous master suite, another bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a loft area with two queen beds. (These beds appear to have trundle beds beneath them, but we didn't need them, so I don't know what size mattress they have.) The home also has an ironing board, iron, a hair dryer, board games, and several televisions. The garage is equipped with several folding beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys. There is a small swimming pool and lounging area next to the pool. (The two children in our group enjoyed the pool, but it was too cold for swimming for the grown ups. In a warmer month, it would be a great place to cool off.) The kitchen has all the equipment to cook some basic meals, and plates, cups, coffee mugs, etc., as well as a drip coffee maker and a keurire

Property was as advertised

This house was beautiful and the perfect fit for my extended family to stay in for a week. My parents, 2 sisters and spouses and all our kids ranging in ages from 3-20 loved staying here! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom-which was awesome, and the beach was so close-we used the shuttle service several times or it’s an easy walk or bike ride. The only downside is the pool is very small and was freezing cold even at the end of June because it doesn’t get any sun. I would recommend paying the extra to have it heated if you want to use it a lot. Great house and location!

We had 10 people staying at the property and it was amazing. Great living room area, balcony with grill, pool deck, etc. Was extremely close to the Palmetto Dunes Golf Courses we played which made the stay even better. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house and a nice and quiet neighborhood. House was well equipped and very modern.

All good
