We were in town for a conference. My family of four stayed comfortably in this home. It was beautifully prepared and a very nice stay

This was my first time using VRBO, I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was helpful with the process. The property is close to downtown Indy and restaurants. The house was clean and cozy.

This was the perfect location for us. Here for a conference and this location was just what we needed. Clean and easy to get to. The just was easy to contact and was very tentative. Thanks for the stay!

While the studio has been updated and all amenities are as described, it could have been deep cleaned better. The bathroom is very small and difficult to maneuver when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. The towels provided smelled musty. The bed frame (while goes with the theme of the studio) was made from pallets. The neighborhood was quiet but a few “city noises” kept us awake at night. Again not the owners fault, but want to make anyone considering this VRBO, you will definitely hear sirens and trains. The location was perfect for our short trip to IUPUI and many local restaurants. A larger coffee pot also would have been nice to have, but the Keurig was convenient.

We were looking for a quiet time away and this met all of our needs!

My wife and I were in Indy for a swim meet and had a wonderful time staying here. Easy communciation, quiet neighborhood and enjoyable vibe in the house.

This was such a cute little place to stay. I loved how it was set up. It was so perfect for what we needed it for. My only complaint was that the hot water heater didn’t work. We would have about 2-3 min of hot water and then it would stop. We tried the recommendations that were suggested, but it didn’t work. Having a hot shower would’ve given this place the last star.

The stay was good. Very clean. Easily contacted the owner when I needed. Great weekend!

The house was perfect for my daughter and I. We were in town for a softball tournament and wanted to avoid the high cost of hotels. The house was very clean and had a unique vibe that we loved. Bill was wonderful to communicate with and was extremely helpful in the check in and check out process. The neighborhood is up and coming with many of the homes around being renovated. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

This home was exactly what we needed! The house was extremely cute, very clean, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is definitely on the rise with many of the homes being updated. You can tell that many of the streets are this way. Definitely up and coming. The street was clean and even the neighbors were friendly! We felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much, communication was excellent, and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely use this place!

Place was clean, modern and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt very safe. Our only complaint was with the shower. The water was hot for only about 5 minutes. My wife wound up taking a quick luke warm shower. I would recommend for a short or long term stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely enjoyed our weekend. The house is exactly as described.. absolutely adorable. Very clean. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Bed was so comfortable. Communication was great. Overall fantastic place to stay.

This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. The furnishings and very comfy bed were outstanding. It is well appointed and just as described in the listing. Downtown Indianapolis has a lot to offer and we were literally 5 minutes from everything. This neighborhood is absolutely on the upswing and the meticulous care given to this home and many others in the area are wonderful. We will definitely stay again in the future when we visit Indy. Next time we will rent some scooters and explore more. 5 Stars for sure!!

Stayed here for my 40th birthday weekend trip! Loved everything about this place! Super cute!!! Quiet neighborhood, super close to downtown! Spend Friday night out on the town & Saturday evening at a concert @ Lucas oil stadium. Easy to uber/lyft anywhere you wanna go! Would definitely stay here again when i come back to Indy! One very small suggestion... Need another mirror for women to get ready! Only mirror was in the bathroom & hard to share w two girls getting ready w makeup, hair etc. A full length mirror somewhere in the house would have been perfect!!

We came into town for a couple Pacer's games. Perfect location.

This little house is cute and cozy. We had all the staples we needed. The bed is comfy and the sheets are soft (yet they didn’t smell like bleach 😊) Everything was clean. Great location. Very convenient to downtown Indy. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two.

Host was wonderful ! Helped us out on a last minute cancellation and The host was wonderful! He helped us out on a last minute reschedule with Vrbo. The rental is in a good location for traveling around Indy. It’s a great value for all that is provided. Definitely would stay here again!!!

I was beyond impressed with this place! I could not get over how quiet it was. The neighborhood is located near Fountain Square and within a reasonable distance to much of Downtown Indy. Bill made sure to communicate efficiently with all that I needed to know for my stay. I will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a little getaway with the convenience of Downtown. The interior is charming, the rainfall shower heavenly and the bed absolutely comfortable. The space was absolutely perfect for my partner and I and we loved how cozy it was!

Sweet and cozy, super cute decor and cozy bed and linens!! It had everything I needed for my weekend retreat. Bill was great to work with, checked in to let me know he was available if I needed anything and was great to send specific instructions for all the ins and outs of the property. 💜

I stayed here for the Indianapolis marathon and it was a perfect location. Just barely outside the city and easy access to everything! The house is nice and clean and very easy in and out. Plenty of parking and no issues! Surrounding neighborhood is nice and up and coming. Definitely would recommend!!

My daughter and I was In Indianapolis for weekend for FFA Conference. It was a quick and convenient area to the Lucas oil Stadium. Area was quiet . Wish had tad more parking but no big deal.

Came in for a football game and concert. We had very pleasant stay. We have stayed in this area for a trip last year. Highly recommend easy location for downtown. Pearl Street pizza and Shapiro's deli were both independent (Indy) restaurants and amazing. The concert venue was easy access from Orange Street.

I’m a long-time southsider, and know the area well. Glad to see the revitalization. Neighbors were great. Easy access to downtown, Lilly, grocery store, everything. I enjoyed staying here.

Drove to property and did not stay there. The area was “up and coming” according to owner. The owner came across aggressive when defending his neighborhood when I questioned his listing after looking it up on Google Earth. Only got address after I paid. The owner will probably do very well with this investment buying very early in the neighborhood that is starting to change. Maybe one in 7 houses that have been remodeled. However the representation of this area was not communicated or represented accurately at all with a complete lack of discloser and transparency. For anyone not familiar with the city would have no idea what the neighborhood is like. I did not see any coffee shops, restaurants or a brewery as advertised as well. If this is depicted accurately then any consumer can make an informed decision. Had I seen the old smoke stacks and trailer for a roofing company parked in the side yard next door to the property and the overgrown front yard I would not have chosen the property. Incredibly misleading. The owner has not offered any money back at all even the cleaning fees that are not applicable since I never stepped foot in the property. I told the owner to change the code as I will not be staying there. He just replies “ What happened”. When I called VRBO and shared this experience they offered me the owners number and only suggested to call him. An acquaintance had an experience where the area was not represented accurately like mine with AB+B they refunded 100%. A very different experience with VRBO.

Great place for couples! Short drive or lyft to many things Indy.

The place was even better than we had in mind from pictures. Perfect for a couples get away. So close to all the fun of down town. We would stay here again if we travel to Indiana. Constant updates from Bill to make our stay easy.
