The team was so welcoming and friendly The service was incredible and will definitely be back One of the hotel staff Cagdas, helped me in a situation when a taxi driver tried to over charge me double for my d Ride. It’s not good when taxi drivers try to take advantage of tourists.

honestly every single detail starting with the amazing helpful staff , to the very friendly , hard working houskeeping members, to the reception team who were very polite ang helpful especially Efe and selvi, the door men and i have to mention the very elegant, well furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony

Spacious, clean rooms, with staff that went above and beyond to give us a relaxing experience. Location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still had good transport links into the city which was fairly easy to navigate. There was a variety of options for breakfast, with both hot and cold food available.

Room service was a bit overpriced and in euros instead of lira. The hotel restaurant lacked traditional Turkish food which diminished the experience as well as having limited food options for children. Would have been nice if there were milk pods in the room to have with the tea provided.

I cannot find proper words to describe how great this hotel is. We have been given complimentary upgrade to the residence side and the room was spectacular. However what I am delighted the most about are the people. I have been travelling a lot and I have stayed in many expensive and super expensive hotels, however have never seen this level of kindness and hospitality. From the reception, concierge, waiters, unparalleled. I lost my jacket in the cab, they have found it. Incredible. For comparison purpose I will mention Four Seasons Bosphorus where we had lunch yesterday, the waiters do not even come close to the waiters here.

It's a bit far from the center.

JW Marriott is such a great hotel, a real 5-star experience, it is even better live than it seems from the photos and I usually have very high standards. The location is not great since it is 45 min by taxi away from the city center but it is a waterfront property so it is worth it. We were visiting the Fair, so it was a great location for us. My recommendation is waterfront rooms, the view is breathtaking. Rooms facing the highway may be more noisy. Everything is sparkling clean. And guyssss - the breakfast here is THE MOST DELICIOUS breakfast ever. The choice is so great, so vast, you will be so amazed. The breakfast is a 10-star experience. Thank you for that Marriott.

الخدمة بطيئة قليلا

- location infront of sea - cleaniless of the rooms - Hotel, Floor & room decors and sorting of room items are nice - nice gym machines Technogym

- the check in time took a while, try to make it easier and faster - when i checked out, reception did a mistake saying that I should pay for 1 more night, while i paid all costs 2 weeks before i come. - Hotel restuarent room service is high. not worth it.

It is an incredible hotel with great facilities, a few meters from the sea, fabulous breakfast, and amazing staff. We will come back for sure.

Maybe you can provide a memory foam anatomic pillows to the guests and be the best hotel in Turkye ever :)
