Adeel was an extremely good host , eager to make sure of the comfort and satisfactory experience was achieved for the staying guest. Adeel was very helpful in giving local businesses a mention when I needed any particular product such as F Car Wash facilities and snack bars . Although I was only there for one night Adeel made me feel very welcome. Well done Adeel , I would recommend this property and host. Thanks Adeel .

I had a nice reception, location is close to the bus stop and accessable to all locations. Bed is comfortable and big. I always look out for this accommodation when checking my booking options in Poole.

The host is cold and unreasonable ! It's like talking to a piece of wood or an automated robot. The bed isn't a king size The distance is a lie too 52 minutes walk or 25 minutes on the bus. Tried to lock us out in the middle of the night by using the inside chain lock many bad surprises and behaviour.

Abdil was a lovely guy, very kind and warm it would be a great place to stay for work long term. The gardens are also very lovely and well-kept.

Breakfast not included, not welcome in kitchen to make a cuppa. hurried to leave.

Hard to find, set back, dark, no sign. shared bathroom had to wait for hot water. No Wi Fi at all.

The bed was very comfortable. And it was very quiet .

There was no TV.

Everything, especially the landlord who has turned the sitting room into a bedroom as lived there. Very creepy man and ask way too much personal questions. Very rude, even the booking.com customer service staff was confused with his questions.

We waited 20 minutes for him to take a shower before entering, he was rude he is almost annoyed by our presence because we were a gay couple.

It wasn’t clean, and not in good condition, without shower towels and everything was broken inside in the closet.

If this had been advertised as a spare room in someone's house, I would be rating this very differently. If we needed a cheap place to stay in a great town this would be fine.

It wasn't a hotel or b+b. There was no working TV, kettle, WiFi or bar, many of the advertised facilities like tennis court and pool are nothing to do with the house or owner. It's just a room in a house and not a particularly nice one.

I liked having an argument with the person subletting this property

The fact there was a hidden policy, not written description that you can't go out after 11pm

We were refused a key to the outside door also was told if we weren't back by 2300 we would not get in. On 1 occasion we arrived back around 2030 and couldn't get in for 15 minutes only to be let in by another guest.

access to the room poor with the non-ensuite, to get to the share bathroom facility was a bit iffy with the way the stairs are structured no good for any real elderly people.

Absolutely horrified at the standard of this room and house. Other guests who arrived at same time walked out in disgust. Bed was basically a frame on the floor with a mattress on top. Ats holding mattress to bedframe were broken in the middle. Td had to be out of accommodation at 0800. Shared bathroom with I presume the whole household. Tried to book in early told could not book in till 5pm. Parking. Owner would not move car till booking in time so had to use public car park at a cost of £10. Furniture in bedroom showing sign of damage and deterioration. Bedding whilst clean showed signs of high usage. Basically this property needs to avoided like the plauge!!!

NOTHING ! Was happy to get out of his property as soon as I could ! He was very rude and was not hospitable. He did not make us feel welcome at all.

Everything! Adell was rude from the beginning. Made us wait and refused to show us to the room even though I showed him confirmation of my booking. We had to wait 30 minutes whilst he was on the phone to booking.com to find our name in 'his system' as he couldn't 'find it'. He didn't give me a key for the front door so my mother and I felt trapped! Couldn't come and go as we pleased... NO HEATING in bedroom, livingroom or bathroom! Definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I asked him for a spare blanket as it was FREEZING and he declined this. My mother has arthritis and he didn't care at all! He refused to give us a refund. MONEY GRABBER. NO CARE OR RESPECT FOR GUESTS. NO ALERNATIVE HEATING PROVIDED. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Very happy to have been met outside , since we arrived late . Very welcoming host . Thank you. Bathroom large and super clean with an excellent shower.
