Nice convenient place that worked great for us,plenty of rooms,we where met by the friendly owner so check in was no problem the rooms where all a decent size clean and comfortable,we'd definitely stay there again if we're in south London In the future

Needs some TLC and redecoration

Roger, the owner, was lovely. He phoned to confirm the booking,, and was always available to speak to. He was extremely welcoming and provided extra pillows at our request. The accommodation was very comfortable, plenty of beds, space and bathrooms. The kitchen was huge, and Roger kindly supplied some basic food supplies. I would have liked some hand towels in the bathrooms, but this was a very minor issue, as we each had a bath towel. An easy location, plenty of shops and eateries just a few steps away on the high road. Overall, the accommodation filled all our requirements. We were a family of 7, needing 3 double rooms and a single room, all of which was easily catered for. The house has six bedrooms, and there were two other couples also staying the night, which worked out absolutely fine. I would recommend Roger and his accommodation.

I booked and paid this property on 12/05 to stay in this accommodation on 14/05 for 1 night with other 3 of my friends. This stay was confirmed. On Saturday 14/05 I called the property to inform them that we were on our way around 17:30, to be told that the apartment was already occupied by others guests, due to the property being double booked from another booking website. I was then told that I was sent an email to inform that they couldn’t accept my reservation, but there’s no such thing in my messages on these app or in my email. Nonetheless, if that was the case my reservation should have been cancelled on the app and not via message. My guests were then left stranded. I don’t recommend this stay.
