The location was very good easy to find and the key was left in a safe keysafe and was told where to find it was easy to unlock host was very helpful in letting me know where the key was and when the property was ready .

A beautiful clean home from home. Stayed over Christmas, daunted as my 10 year old didn't want to go anywhere for Christmas but home. He absolutely loved it and the owners made the house so christmassy with a tree and decorations. Everything is there you need, the owners available within minutes if needed. Highly recommend. Stayed in quite a few holiday lets over the years and this ranks for me at the very top.

It was very clean and inviting. The beds were very comfy. Everything you needed was there. The off road parking was great.

The house is very spacious and has 3 nice sized bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet. It's on a very quiet residential street and has secured parking at the back. Everything we needed for a home from home stay was there including had soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and washing up liquid too. Gill was very helpful when we couldn't get the heating to work and answered all my messages straight away. Good location for local shops and delivery services to the house. We'd definitely stay there again.

when we arrived we were amazed how fabulous the place was. would very much like to revisit the property again as I have two sons that live in Sunderland and come up a few times a year
