Dirty sheets, smelly corridors and toilets! No one came to clean the room despite asking them

اخترت الفندق بناء على الصور المعروضة في موقع بوكينج، إلا أن الواقع مختلف تماما، الغرف نظيفة لابأس لكن مستوى الفندق 3 نجوم، واجمل ماكان في الفنرق هو طاقم العمل جميعا.

The hotel was good with a 2 min walking distance to the ladies praying area in the Haram. They let us check-in early as there was a room available. The room was good and the bathroom was clean and had the needed amenities. The receptionist Naglaa was extra friendly and nice.

Poor communication between the reception staff. I paid in advance and for an extra night so my parents would not have to wait until the 4pm check in, but the reception was unaware of this. Additionally, the lifts are way too crowded and are insufficient and if you want to make your prayer on time you would have to leave a while before it.

Excellent location right next to women's prayer area. Extra large double bed.

Don't pre book breakfast with room as the quality is variable and it's half the price if you pay as you go. They don't refund breakfast. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT HOTELS AT THE HOLY PLACES ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY ANYMORE. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR EARLIER BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE IF A LATER HIGHER PRICE CAN BE ACHIEVED. THIS IS BECOMING A COMMON PRACTICE. THEY USE EXCUSES SUCH AS YOU ARRIVED AFTER CHECK IN TIME ETC. ALWAYS GO THROUGH AN AGENT, PAY DEPOSIT EVEN IF THEY SAY NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AND PRAY TO ALLAH SWA THAT THEY HAVE EEMAN!

The beds requested was a double bed at the time of booking but 3 separate beds were provided.

Stuff are friendly specially Ms Naglaa in reception she was very helpful. Also location was wonderful.

Elevators are usually crowded specially at prayer times this needs more organising from hotel administrator.

The location is excellent

The bathroom was way too small, your chin would be over the sink while you are on the stool! Lol! Towels given were not sufficient, had to request multiple times.

السرير مكسور ويوجد حشرات بق الفراش والنظافة سيئه للغايه

Location and staff

Room was la but small for 4 beds . There was no room to walk around the bed. Looks like they turned a smaller room into a quad room.

I’m totally satisfied, excellent service, comfortable accommodation and amenities.

الفندق موقعه قريب جدا على الحرم ويتوفر فيه مواقف سيارات مجانية الموظفين بالاستقبال ممتازين وخاصة الأخت نجلاء ما شاء الله عليها قمة بالتعاون والإحترام.

قلة عدد المصاعد مما يشكل ازدحام للفندق. بعض الأسرة تعبانة كثير وتحتاج إلى تغيير لأنها غير مريحة.

The flush didn’t work, the hot water didn’t work, cleanliness was poor

Location is very close to Masjid Nabawi 100mtrs and other shops for basic necessities and souvenirs. Staff at the reception was very welcoming, Bell boys were all helpful and proactive. Room is very clean and basic amenities were provided. Definitely worth the price. Hope it will maintain the cleanliness and perhaps improve or upgrade the room layout.

Did not managed to try the breakfast because it was fully occupied. Breakfast spread was not replenish on time. And clearing and cleaning was not done immediately.

موظفي الريسبشن كانوا في غايه التعاون وأود أن أشكر موظف خدمه الغرف في الدور الرابع وهو من بنجلاديش ومكان الفندق قريب جداا لمدخل المسجد النبوي جهه السيدات

غرفتنا التي تسلمناها عند الوصول كانت بدون دولاب ملابس !!! ولكن تم تبديل الغرفه لنا في الحال وكان يوجد عطل في الثلاجه ولكن تم ارسال كهربائي في الحال

• The LOCATION is definitely a PLUS 10/10! Just a few steps towards entrance of the Prophet's Mosque (Ladies gate is also very near). Recommended for those traveling with elder women. • Internet, is a PLUS PLUS. Very high-speed internet and really did exceed the expectation. • Both the room and bathroom were spacious. At the reception, it only took a couple of minutes to go through the smoothest check-in experience. The guy at the reception was very nice, humble and polite. • Room services, not just met but exceeded the expectations, only thing is I have to ask them not to regularly knock at the room; I will call when needed, but definitely good one! The hotel is just between some five stars and other costly accommodation options; but trying to compete with their best with all of them. I would definitely return next time. RECOMMENDED!

The only thing that went wrong was the washroom basin that was designed in such a way that water deposits on the shelf. I know if I had complained, they would've certainly changed my room but I kept quiet out of politeness and consider it a trade-off between so many things that were going exceptional. The elevators, definitely gets crowded near the prayers' times, so use intelligence and leave the hotel couple of minutes to pray and spend time at the mosque.
