Due to the older rooms, it smelled of moth balls throughout the 6th floor. It wasn’t a pleasant smell. They are in the process of renovating so I’m sure it will be nice soon.

Room was in terrible condition. Dirty windows, no microwave,broken toliet seat, no hot water, WiFi was terrible, parking was around from the hotel and 16.00 per day. The gym was so hot you couldn’t work out. I left a message for the front desk for a 7am wake up call and they never called. Worst stay ever!!

The hotei is adjacent to the clinic so the location is why we stayed there. Our room was not very clean, the bartender wasnot very good or friendly and the morning checkout staff was also not very courteous.
There are many options in the area. If we have to return to Rochester we will look elsewhere for accommodations.

Comfortable and reasonable location. Very close to Mayo. All staff, especially restaurant servers, were very friendly and attentive. They are scheduled for a remodel in Nov. 2024, which is very needed. A little outdated.

Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Got 2 rooms with king beds. Didn’t try to accommodate at all, just said we don’t have queen rooms. Person at the front desk asked several times about parking and wasn’t listening when we answered.

Room temp was cold and thermostat useless. Bed was cold all night. TV went blank every 4 ro 5 minutes so no programs were viewable. I booked Marriott at twice the price of Kahler and expected a good experience but will not book this particular Marriott again.

Clean and quiet, convenient fir Mayo clinic visit, i didn't like that we couldnt turn the outside light off we had a poolside room(not requested) and there was bright lights outside the door.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was grease on bathroom door handle and some debris on the bathroom floor. Looks like they made a minor repair and just forgot to clean up. All else was awesome!

Our room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom area was a little tight. Door barely touched the toilet. Location was perfect and very accessible to the mayo clinic. Staff was friendly. Hotel needs a little updating and cosmetic fixes.

Very easy access to the Mayo Clinic without having to go outdoors--the 'Subway' path underground lets you go from the hotel to all of the Mayo Clinic buildings. In the winter, with cold & snow to manage thru, this is a huge plus.
