We love SouthPark area and stay in the area often.

Quiet and peaceful.

A nice overnight stay as we ended our vacation. The bathroom was clean and enjoyable.

It's a perfect location to stay in. The mall, food, and grocery stores are all short distances away. The building is older, but the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Staff was courteous and professional. Very spacious room and extremely quiet. Needs some updating. Was disappointed there arent any streaming services to access of televisions. Will stay again mainly because if how large the room was.

Pleasantly surprised as this was my first ever stay at a DoubleTree hotel. I appreciated the support from staff and how quiet the hotel is even with a full house. We will certainly stay again.

Parking was not the best but I enjoyed the covered garage. The employees kept coming to our room saying we were in the wrong room but we were never moved. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower pressure was awesome but the ac was acting up

Nice front desk but room was outdated

Great stay, large room. The only thing to improve is the AC fan is super noisy and you cant slow the fan.

Like - large room, very nice bedding Not like - coffee in lobby was lame/weak, fitness center closed, wonky parking behind hotel in parking structure, breakfast quite expensive

Overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Just issues getting towels for pool and room, no one came to change trash. Front desk and housekeeping wouldn’t answer phones when trying to reach them for items we needed.

We loved this hotel for many reasons. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the balcony and the pool was also very nice.

I have stayed here several times & always love everything about it. It’s clean, the staff is great, the lobby area is cozy. In the winter they have a fire going. The pool is nice & clean. There’s lots of outdoor sitting areas. Great restaurants in walking distance or close by. Will always stay here when I come to Charlotte.

Nice rooms. Shower drain stopper was broken, and the gym was not open. Overall I’d stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location in SouthPark. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Checking early wasn’t an option and I showed up 3 hours early. Check in time isn’t until 4:00. I did get to check in around 3:30. So, just keep in mind to not show up too early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful common areas-courtyard, pool with waterfalls… lots of elevators located around the premises. My one bedroom suite has a full kitchen tucked away-with full size refrigerator. Spacious living room and dining area… large bedroom and nice bathroom. Big screen tvs in LR & BDRM. One complaint was the restaurant was not open except for the buffet for $17 and it wasn’t great. The website stated —as well as the scan on the menu— that we could order other items than the buffet-and that it was open for lunch. They said since Covid, they didn’t have those options… that should definitely be changed on the menu to reflect as such. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience!

Charlotte is a great place to visit. The area we stayed was good. Hotel was situated close to shopping and food. We walked to the shopping center within a few minutes. We sat poolside and just enjoyed the quant environment. They have fire pit in the evening if you wish to sit outside. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was great. They serve breakfast but it's a charge per person. Only negative was a housekeeper was opening my room to enter without first knocking. It was before we were ready for check out, I opened the door before she came inside. I thought that was abnormal.

The front desk person was foreign and could not understand what was being asked of them. I asked for fresh sheets and the house keepers brought warm blankets instead.

Great hotel!! Room was fantastic. I loved the Crabtree & Evelyn dispensers instead of individual containers.

We enjoyed staying here. The only thin is the parking was terrible.

I like that it was very accessible and close to the mall. The room was clean and bed felt great.

The safe wasn’t working. The bathrooms need to be updated. The tubs should be removed.
