The initial check in agent was kind of rude but the overall stay was good and the property was beautifully decorated!

The place were in a nice area. When we arrives to the hotel they did not have our room ready so they had to put us in a double bed until king bed was available the next day. They gave us a credit and that was wonderful. But when I check the charges they charged me for parking when I did not drive when I was visiting Chicago. I had to call and get that straight. So be careful and make sure you check your credit card statement or debit card whatever you use for incidental.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint was the cost of a sub par breakfast. $30 for a coffee, powdered eggs and a couple of pieces of sausage.

It seemed like a lot of elevators were in service. Parking was very expensive 60 USD/day. Because the area is kind of new, Google Maps isn't up-to-date, so it would be helpful to have a local map of convenient walkable places like pharmacies, hair dressers, grocery stores, etc. Would be helpful to have a plated option at breakfast. Sometimes you just want a coffee and toast and not pay 25 USD for that. Might have to call more than once for extra towels.

The view was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the TV was large but one could only channel surf because the guide was not working. Also, no one answers the telephone at night after midnight. There is no customer service. The food was delicious. The pool was very inviting but I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. The location is great and there is a CVS right down the street if you need incidentals or snacks. Parking is extra and very expensive. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again when I visit Chicago.

The hotel is beautiful and parking is convenient. Pool was clean and the sauna was very relaxing. Wish they had a hot tub. The concierge wasn't helpful at all though.

A bit nervous about driving in Chicago - it was straightforward and the parking arrangement simple. In the middle of the DNC there was an air of excitement about the place - great food live music and a great city!

The air conditioning was not working in the conference room and it got up to 85 degrees. Since the air was so humid it was condensing on the tile floor in the lobby so the floor was very slippery and unsafe. It wrecked the event.
They ran out of food for lunch.
