В вообщем не плохо)

Уборка была редко( раз в 2-3 дня. В отеле не нашлось даже пары обычных керамических тарелок (принесли одноразовые картонные) Бассейн совсем холодный

De locatie is top. Vlak achter “magnificent mile” en restaurants, 7/11 etc om de hoek. Grote kamers en een prettig bed.

Om de hoek van het hotel zit een brandweerkazerne. Wees voorbereid op het horen van sirenes. Wii verbleven 5 nachten en de eerste 2 nachten hebben wij geen housekeeping gekregen. Front desk gaf aan dat het druk was en ze er geen tijd voor hadden maar wij moesten dit zelf gaan vragen en regelen. Dit was vervelend.

there was construction in the room in front of us and they kept leaving big stuff by our doors:( but we moved it when we had to leave or come back to the room. so it wasn’t a big deal!

Location, noise, comfort

The location, swimming pool and room were great. The price was very competitive for a week stay.

It was noisy (AC and firehouse on the next block)

I was not told my room would only be clean when ask, the next day when it was not clean so told staff l wanted my room clean every day which was not done 3 different days even after my request. Also a clock in room could be good.

It is too noisy. Its like living on the streets of chicago. We arrived very late due to delays and we were told that there is no room and we should have called them. Almost leaving us on the street in the middle of the night. In the end we got a room but being solution oriented was not an immediate asset of the staff.

The sewer gas smell in the room

Location is very good, close to river and city center. It is also convenient to order Uber or go for dinner. The room structure is also good. Bed is comfortable. Coffee and machine is provided.

But the room cleaning service is very confusing. I don't want the room cleaning and told receptionist. However, the cleaning staff still got in my room and threw away my personal towel. It is very bad experience. I am very angry of this.

Location was great.

Expensive. But it was also a busy weekend in Chicago and everyplace was booked solid.

The service was not what I expected after paying so much for a night. You have to tell them to have your room cleaned every day.
