Location was perfect. Clean. Decorated well.
The check in staff (hotel supervisor). Had a reservation, she wasn’t going to honor it. Wanted to charge me nearly double. Was very rude. It took her calling her supervisor to finally find the resolution which was what my reservation was. Horrible experience. Maybe don’t allow third party companies like booking or hotels to be able to offer reservations if you obviously have that hard of time finding it. Also maybe work on customer service skills! I mean since you’re a supervisor and all.

It was at the heart of the city.
The rooms’ AC were not working, only to find out that it has been a problem days before we checked-in. Reception staff did not attend to our requests to at least give us fans for our kids.

It's nice looking but the room I had smelled musty!! And a water in the room rooms no bottled water. Why?
The room was stinky and there's no water to drink. I'm not drinking tapwater. I don't care where I go. NO GLUTEN-FREE BREAD OR MUFFINS!

It was a very cool hotel in the middle of the city! Lots of history as it once was the Chicago Motor Club!

As you enter the property, you are transported back to the magnificent 1920s! The lobby is stunning with many of the original decor. The staff were friendly and helpful providing useful information about local scenery. The rooms are clean and the bed was SO comfortable. I often don’t sleep well away from home, but I had some of the best sleep of my life. In addition! For those of you who are obsessed with Peloton like myself- there is a Peloton bike in the gym :)
The only downside is that I would have loved to have free weights in the gym to follow the rest of my workout regime.

Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl.Toast mit süßem Aufschnitt über Eier, Kartoffeln, Würstchen, Jogurt, Müsli/Cornflakes, Saft, Obst, Waffeln zum selber machen machen. Außerdem gab es eine Kaffee und Tee Station die immer zugänglich war. Lage top alles kann man fußläufig erreichen. In Chicago braucht man kein Auto. Weite Strecken auf jeden Fall mit cta (Öffis) machen. Überall Nichtraucher Bereiche
Es gab nur Plastik Besteck und Pappteller zum Frühstück. Das wäre so in Hinblick auf die Umwelt etwas was man verbessern könnte.
Außerdem WLAN nur gegen Gebühr. Ich hab’s jetzt nicht gebraucht weil ich meine mobile Daten nutzen konnte aber für einige ist sowas ja ein Kriterium

I had great 3 nights staying at this hotel. It was comfortable and good location.
The morning staff was not inviting. Plus, the breakfast was a little big disappointing:(

Excellent central downtown location. In an art deco building (the old automobile club building).
No free weights in the fitness room. Parking 65$ a day. No bacon or scrambled eggs at breakfast just the microwave type sausage and omelette stuff. Beds not made up every day.
