Very nice place but a bit noisy. Convenient to many attractions. Will stay here again. Breakfast was quite nice. Check in very easy.

BEWARE WHAT RATE OPTION YOU CHOOSE! I accidentally booked the incorrect date and was not allowed to even change the date. So TRIPLE check before you book here. They don’t even allow changes to certain bookings, so you can’t even change it to a future date for credit. BEWARE!!

The bed was awful. Woke up with one hell of a back ache!!! The parking area is a bit confusing!

A perfectly fine place to stay! Quiet and convenient. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The usual amenities, nothing outstanding. Breakfast was adequate not sumptuous. But overall, no complaints.

We were put in a room next to the main building where people were sitting outside our room drinking beer. It was very noisy and uncomfortable for us.

The overall staybwas good the breakfast was a little bit of a let down the waffle batter was low and no worker atound to replace and the variety of the hot foods was lack luster as well only eggs and sausage both items i either could not eat or do not like. They should have a few more choices for guests to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was also conveniently located for what we were there for.

We were 15 minutes earlier than 3pm check in time. The front desk made us wait 15 minutes before check us in, even when the room was ready. I mean he was doing his job, I don't blame him. But this small little curtesy let people feel homely and welcoming. Other than that it was pretty good experience and the free breakfast was amazing, everyone loved it. Transportation from there can be bit difficult to get as it is a small place with not much options.

Both of the Comfort Inns that my family stayed in within the past two weeks smelled bad. They need to be cleaned better and more often. I will still go back because my family of 6 was comfortable both times.

I would absolutely stay here again! Front desk staff were pleasant. Room was very clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Both indoor and outdoor pools were exceptionally clean!!

The bar and breakfast staff were very nice. When checking out the clerk was kind of rude implying I was trying to avoid paying the dog fees and was in the wrong room for dogs . I brought the dogs with me when I checked in and checked out and went to the room assigned. The hotel had my CC info and I expected to pay the fee mentioned on the contract. If they don’t want dogs be a dog free hotel. Note there were no issues with my two 15 lb senior, well behaved dogs.

I was so happy to find a pet-friendly hotel while relocating with my cats! The pet-friendly rooms are separate from the rest of the hotel, and set up more like a motel - the rooms open directly to the outside (great when you have to walk a dog, not if you're worried a pet might bolt out) and the floors are not carpeted. Everything was very clean with no pet odors or stains. The walls were a bit thin so I could hear my neighbor snoring in the next room, and some of the electrical outlets didn't work so it was tough to find somewhere to plug in my phone charger, but overall it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend it!

The pools and hot tub were great, and it's a great place for families with kids. They need to upgrade/update things like the bathrooms and dining room furniture. Also, breakfast should go until 10AM over a long holiday weekend, even if it's a weekday (like July 4,2024-July 7, 2024).

It was dirty and the room smelled so bad I had to put tissue in my nose to stop the smell. Very disappointed would never return.

Great stay. Only minor complaint is that the mattress on the sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time we moved. Clean, nice continental breakfast, and stores and restaurants located right beside hotel in walking distance.

We had a great stay! Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. The only complaint was the feces we found in the indoor pool and on and under the chair we sat near and it spread where people walked through it. Not the fault of the staff. Too bad people staying there were disgusting. Not sure if it was from a dog or human. Sad a staff member had to clean it up. Kudos to that staff member who responded to our request to clean it up.👏 He was quick in responding.

First room had no water pressure. Switched rooms and paid an upgrade for a suite that ended up smelling like a pack of wet, stinky dogs. I know it was a pet friendly hotel, and that is great, but I don’t want to smell like one when I leave.

The motel was exactly as expected- an old New England hotel. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Bed was super comfy. Overall, good stay!

We got there and pool and hot tub wasnt open after 10 hr drive. So we went to the room and mattress had no support. You might as well say it was like laying on the floor. I asked for my money back and the receptionist said had to wait for manager tomm. I called and left message never called me back. So i contact hotel.com and they refunded my rewards but the hotel refuse to reimburse me. So dont go there. They suck!!

My expectations were somewhere in the middle but could not have been more delighted with every aspect of my stay. The hotel manager (just lovely) was working the front desk. Check-in around 10pm was perfect. The lobby area is cozy, clean, organized, and welcoming. My room was terrific, a good size with pristine linens and bathroom. Breakfast attendant (Judy) was helpful, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast itself was plentiful and fresh, with more than your average free-breakfast selection. Not a single thing was lacking. You know how sometimes there’s no fresh coffee or cream cheese, or no more spoons…not the case here. My entire stay was perfection and I don’t use that word lightly.
