Book a room with 2 double beds. Only had a king with a pull out available. Gave us free oarking for the inconvenience

No one at front desk when arrived; waited too long. Charged for full valet when told it would only be 10 dollars as the 35 dollar self parking was included in my ticket. Room was outdated and no restaurant on site.

Check in was fast and friendly. Hotel was very clean. With-in walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Must pay to park your car-$35/day. Breakfast wasnt until 7 am so we weren't able to utilize this benefit. Our room was street side and noisy.

The staff was amazing; there's a huge convention happening right now, but they handled everything seamlessly.

It was very noticeable that the room had not been vacuumed prior to my entry. There were food crumbs and other loose debris on the floor.
Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

There were a lot of events in Indianapolis the weekend I went, as a result this hotel was actually overbooked. The manager and the ladies up front took care of every facet of getting me taking care of to be taken over to a different hotel. And because I paid ahead of time I did not have to pay anything else, Fairfield Inn actually took care of the bill which includes the valet at the newer hotel, because garage was full.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfy. We had to go get clean towels the 2nd day, because they didn’t clean the bathroom or replace towels. The staff was very friendly and the front desk girl was very helpful.

I booked a basic room and it was room 325. The window faced a wall of generators. It was loud and depressing. The hotel allowed me to cancel the rest of my stay so I could relocate to a different hotel. They were not able to put me in a new room because they were full. This is a fine basic hotel. Just don’t stay there if you are in room 325. Honestly, you will go insane in the dark dismal loud room.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and very professional. The property was well maintained and quiet. The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely only book there when I’m in town

We went to a concert at the state park amphitheater. It was a short pleasant walk and we didn’t have to worry about getting there other than walking. The room was pleasant and spacious. Staff was very helpful too! Hotel was in walking distance to good restaurants.

We have stated this property a few times before. There is much the recommended in that it is in a very good location and everyone is very nice. It most recent Tuesday we found our rooms to be sub optimal either too small or a bed shoved against the wall. Also housekeeping was not up to snuff.

Why even have windows? Between the claustrophobic lack of a view and the jet engine level noise from the air processing units you’d be better off sealing up every window on that side of the hotel.

Stay here was just pretty good this time, but it is in a great location for walking to IUPUI and Lucas Oil Stadium (saved $$ on rental car and parking). Free breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, the TGIF Friday's restaurant on ground floor was closed during COVID and never reopened...it was very convenient. It would be nice for something to move into that location.

Perfect location for a concert at Everwise and great breakfast. Very clean. Will stay here again!
