Children were running up and down the halls late into the night. The swimming pool was filled with children running and screaming and they had used all the clean towels and thrown them back on the shelf for clean towels. That wasnt an issue with hotel staff, but it would have been nice if someone was monitoring from time to time.

Staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful

People ar the front desk are quite polite and the place smells good. Every employee I happen to talk to were very polite.

Excellent stay. Gym, TV, comfy beds, nice staff. Ample parking. Good Internet. 35mins from Montreal downtown. Only issue was there was no microwave in room or lobby. The restaurant was available but pricey - CAD$ 28 for breakfast buffet until 10am. CAD$ 15 for caramel dessert. Restaurant barely had guests. Being that it's off the highway, it's not easy to go out for food but with a car, you can explore the area. You can probably have food delivered or visit the concession stand in the lobby.

I appreciated the proximity to the highway and to other amenities. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The swimming pool was great for my children. We really enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get in and out of the facility. Thanks for the great stay

We stayed after our home flooded in a large storm as did many other guests arriving late at night! The restaurant was open way past their closing time in order to accommodate all of us arriving late in the evening! Great service by the team in the restaurant! Thanks so much! Check out was less stellar as the one desk agent spent a very long time with one client and nobody else was available to support the guests. Room was very clean, large and spacious! The only thing I’d recommend is to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom!

Perfect for our needs

Nothing within walking distance, far from Montreal, old dingy feeling. Cleaning staff do bare minimum. Breakfast 27$ a person. My car was damaged in the parking lot.

I stay in three different hotels on the weekend and this was by far the best!

Friendly staff and great location. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Only negative is you can hear everyone that walks down the hall so door doesnt muffle sound of voices.

I stayed at the Hilton to attend my uncle's funeral. On Saturday morning around 9:30am while leaving the hotel to attend the funeral. I noticed that our vehicle that was parked in a parking space located in front of the hotel was missing. We immediately went to the front desk and where she called 911. The car was found and completely damaged on the inside and outside. I ended up missing the entire funeral. I stayed calm though out my stay until Sunday when Manouka, a staff , who works at front desk, came outside speaking about the theft and telling us that she hoped we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. This is when I calmly expressed to her that this was the worst experience I had at the hotel and while I was talking Manouka walked away and said have a great day. I went back to my hotel room to get the rest of my belongings while my family waited in the car. I went back to the front desk to check out and asked to speak to manager, her name was Kelly Damal. I tried explained to Ms. Damal, Who didn't let me complete my sentence and Who already explained me to me that she knew the entire situation. I explained to her that as a person who has utilized Hilton for travel for years that this was the worst experience I had, she replied to me what else would you have want us to do for you? I expressed that they need further training in customer service, she then "apologized" by saying "I'm sorry but this happens everywhere, there's nothing we can do.
