Everything was great for the most part. AJ that checked us in was so nice. The room was exceptionally clean. Each staff member I crossed paths with was super friendly. The check out clerk wasn’t the most personable but it was fine.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and it was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. We ate at the restaurant and the food we were served was very good and the drinks were very fresh tasting and flavorfull. The only issue was the restaurant was out of the shrimp for the dishes we ordered at the beginning

Upon arrival our room had not been cleaned. We moved across the hall and comped dinner

The lighting was out on first floor where room was and holes above doors. Also the room was not cleaned well in the shower with midew and mold and we had a slug climbing up the wall.

This was an emergent stay the bed was not comfy but it was ok. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not the best but what can i expect when they have so many rooms to clean.

There were children running in the halls beating on doors going floor to floor. They pulled fire alarm at twice at 12:08am. Several guests went to front desk but were told security is looking into it. Will not be staying at Double Tree again.

Checkin was easy and without issue. The room was crabby and the wallpaper was peeling. The room was very tight with furnishings and the smallness of the room.
Have stayed here several times over the past 3 years, but will not stay here again. This hotel needs help.

This hotel charged both my debit and credit card a liability hold fee and double charged for breakfast. Upon check out, the receptionist failed to remember to apply my credit/discount for the breakfast. Also, upon check-in I found a disgusting long piece of hair in the shower.

I killed a cockroach in our bathroom!!! Didn’t appreciate that!! The headboard of the bed was way too far off the wall. Our pillows would go down between the wall and bed!! Needs some upgrades!!

It was great. However I was supposed to get a King bed room bit i was given a double bed room instead. We had 2 tickeys for breakfast at the hotel restaurant but they weren't open. No breakfast. The tv is old and not up to date with modern technologies of everyday people.

Heater did not work properly and Iwas charged 2 incidental charges. Manager was not there to address the issued. Housekeeping also knocked on people doors at 930 prior to check out time.

The room was quiet and overall there are bo complaints. However, the bathroom fixture for the shower tub faucet was loose from the wall. The tub also had a slow drain. The checkin staff were excellent.

It was my birthday and I really enjoyed myself. I love that I asked for a certain room and received it. The room had more than enough space, the bed was so soft and comfortable. The food from the Twist Bar & Grill was AMAZING!! Everything was incredible and I will be back.

Breakfast buffet was $15 ,cold and bland. They want a $50 deposit in case of damage. Give me a break!
