The reservation system was down in the hotel and the whole town and they could not make a room key for them at midnight and they were turned away. My husband and 8 year old son are sleeping at a rest stop. UNBELIEVABLE Hilton, we are so upset.

Front desk was very accommodating for myself and my family. Helped us with all our needs during our stay.

An update is needed in the rooms…. carpets are dirty. Charges for one small dog are excessive.

This property is really just overflow for the crown plaza. There's no pool. Pool is next door at crown plaza.

I'm in Springfield often and have made this my permanent go to..had issue first stay and it got fixed IMMEDIATELY!! Staff is always friendly...property is always clean....Breakfast omg...DELICIOUS....👍👍👍👍👍

Front desk was nice. Shower was broken. Look like trying to fix up.

The room felt damp during the entire stay. Something was up with the air conditioning. We needed up having to shut it off completely to help make the room feel less damp and to quit running non-stop. The neighbor was not the best, a guy sat outside on a chair smoking weed during his stay, right in the path of all guests.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast was good.

Check in was fast and easy. Gave me a great room for the convince to take my dog outside when needed. I asked for a receipt to be emailed but did not get it.

Clean and the check in employee was patient and answered all of our questions.

Very nice facility

The check in staff ruined my experience. The lady at the counter for check in was extremely rude, and set a negative tone for the entirety of the stay. The gentleman on the shift after her, named Luke, redeemed my faith in the staff and was absolutely wonderful. The only reason I am not entirely and completely unhappy is that Luke was able to make sure we were happy with our stay. That guy is awesome.

The breakfast was cold

Rooms are starting to look a little rundown. Needs some wall repair and painting. They have a good breakfast. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Lobby is bright and clean.,

We stayed here one night during a road trip. It was perfect. Easy to get to from the highway. Clean. Comfortable. Staff was great.

Breakfast was very good and good selection. Room and beds were good. Only downside is interstate noise for light sleepers. Didn’t bother us but you could definitely hear it. Carpet could use cleaning but everything else was very clean and it wasn’t bad but some stains. Thought is was a good value. Overall nice and definitely would stay there again. 8 people traveling together and we all agreed it was nice. Staff at front desk was very pleasant.

Beautiful area, room and friendly staff.

The guy that checked me in about midnight was staying past his shift when someone else didn't show up but he took good care of me and even found my rewards info. The lady cleaning up and keeping breakfast stocked did a great job. The room was nice enough. Nothing fancy but clean and i felt safe there.

The property good for the most part they just need to update the bathrooms the curtains are really old and let water get everywhere.

The hotel was up to date. Shower was very clean and nice!

After traveling all night we were in hopes for an early check in and was told check in was at 3 to come back then. Then the clerk tried to school us on how the hotel industry works! They did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate us. I was in town to get married so I just brushed it off and let it go! Myself being a GM for two hotel franchise properties for more than 18 years of my career know how the check in and check out process works. There was absolutely no reason to be as rude as the front desk clerk was and it should be unacceptable. I told the clerk we would go get something to eat and do some shopping and I asked for the hotel phone number to give them a call and check to see if by chance a room had come open and cleaned as we were walking out the door she yelled mam check in is at 3. The following day my bridesmaids and I were walking back from the from dinner next door and she was finishing her cigarette and we were talking catching up and looking at the freshly planted flowers the desk clerk comes out to smoke himself and says what are you doing putting your cigarette out in the plant me not a smoker told him not she clearly is still smoking and I do not smoke I was trying to explain to her that these were one of my favorite flowers and that would come back every year before you rudely interrupted and assumed I am in Springfield at least two-three weekends a was doing something wrong! I chose a different hotel this past weekend for my Springfield stay.
