Glorious. Breakfast was incredible. Clean room, spacious, loved every moment even when it was being renovated.

The tub had rust makings appearing dirty. We notified the hotel and they told all of the tubs were that way.

Great amenities! The renovated floors are spacious and comfortable! The no renovated floors are not desirable; however all floors will be renovated this year! It absolutely a great place to stay! Lots is shopping and amazing restaurants! Will stay again without hesitation!

We stayed at this hotel in early October 2024 and it was under a construction. They were remodeling many parts of the place and there was a lot of construction noise, which we were not told about. We were woken up early by the noise. They should close the hotel until they're finished with the remodel.

Property was going through some renovations and was in a place where a true rating is not possible. My room was a old one and in need of updates. Property was in a nice location to the music venue. Restaurants close by also. Once totally updated sure it will be nice.

Waited at the counter for almost 20 minutes to check in and the girl was in the back. Then get put in a “non-smoking” room that had the most pungent smell of cigarette smoke the entire night. Instant migraine. Very disappointed.

The renovations are definitely needed. The parking pay system is a definite turnoff, will not stay here again. The Happy Hour Chips were stale. Not a pleasant stay

Pool closed. Construction going on. Rude staff including bar staff. Early morning fighting amongst cleaning services as 2 employees were fighting and cussing at each other for 20 minutes. Bath tub filthy. Neighbors both sides loud music. Downstairs lobby people partying until 3am.

I stayed here for 3 days, upon checking in i was charged $216 for a room the was prepaid, mistakes happen all the time right? No biggie except a full week later my money still has not been refunded.. my biggest problem with this hotel is that on my last morning i moved the coffee maker and quite a few roaches ran from underneath. I immediately took picture and made the front desk aware .. the only reason i did not score this property lower is because of the staff.

I liked the breakfast food buffet the hotel offered and easy convenience to shop at Tangers Outlet. I didn't like the fact that I had an inoperable iron in my room, but it was quickly remedied by the hotel staff. I also, didn't like having to pay for parking. I've stayed here before and never had to pay for parking. Just seemed like another money grab to me. Overall, the property was nice and clean.

Only hot water was on when taking a shower. Definitely over 130 degrees. Hot enough to burn skin. Cold water was off.

Our first room had a wet carpet and was mildew. I had a horrible asthma attack. The next room toilet was constantly running and leaking. They said it was too late so they came and put towels on the floor. I had to leave early to go to a different hotel to take a shower and had to use the lobby restroom during the night

We stayed here to attend a convention. The room was clean, although the furniture and decor is really dated. The bed was pretty hard, too. Yes, the water was turned off to the hotel when we arrived which delayed everyone’s check in. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel is starting a renovation on the top floors so hopefully it will be improved soon.

Had ZERO hot water, and no one on staff cared to help fix the problem for over 8 hours. A rude night security guard talking slick as if I’m supposed to accept these lack luster conditions. Furthermore, staff lying about giving back credit due to the necessity of the room being absent. Overall terrible experience

Enjoyed time with family and everything was great. Lots of space for everyone, great breakfast and happy hour. Will be staying again soon.

Repeat visitor to this Embassy Suites. Was there for 5-days. Great location, always love the breakfast, Very clean, safe neighborhood, but no room service. Surprised with the following: inoperable phone, light switches (2), clock, and lamp missing knob. All reported but not repaired or replaced (except lamp knob). They also now charge $10/day for an open parking lot shared with the Converion Center.

As other reviewers stated, this old is VERY old. I was hoping people were exaggerating but it’s bad. Also, no hot water the night we got there or at 5:45am. I rolled the dice for one night as my daughter performed at 8am next door at the convention center. That’s convenience to walk next door is why I gave 2 stars vs 1. Breakfast buffet was good

No shuttle from airport after talking with hotel and waiting 45 min we finally got a taxi. Booked a King bed they gave us a double. When going to the desk to inquire they said they only had a handicap King room left and couldn’t give it to us. We had a room booked for the next day. We had to leave the property with our luggage and return later. Kevin drove us to get our rental car and when we told him how our service had been he held our luggage for us so we would not have to haul it all day. Disappointed to say the least. King rooms do cost more never was even offered any money back for difference, wasn’t on your staffs radar.
