Great stay, just needed a room to stay for the night after a long flight. Hotel real close to LAX. Room was clean bed was comfy, will keep this place in mind if I ever need a place to stay.

From the first day of arrival (September 5th) there we two people in the front of the hotel cussing and yelling to one another (should've caught a clue). Upon entering we reported to front desk. Second I was awaken at the ass crack of dawn on September 6th, by loud speakers drums and chanting. Went to front desk to inquire. I was told it was a protest and that it would only last 40-45 minutes and in my opinion that was 45 to long while on vacation. So I went to go back to my room (302) and the elevator quit working and because I'm handicapped I can't use stairs. So now im woke and inconvenienced. After all that EVERY time I went to my room I had to comeback to the front desk to get my room card redone. And last but least I read the notice that rooms would be cleaned every other day which was not the case. After all that happened with this stay NO ONE EVERY CAME TO CLEAN ANYTHING. My husband and I always try staying at a Hilton Hotel in our travels NEVER again. This was the most miserable stay ever. Whatever the hell is going on with this particular hotel you all need to get it fixed. I'll be addressing these issues with corporate. And as far as being eco friendly they got that covered since I never got my room cleaned.

Close to the airport, newly renovated, rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

This property is fine. But… our room did stink of cigarettes and the air freshener used to try and cover it. There was ash in the window sill so it definitely happened.
There were protesters that woke us up before 7am so the property needs to do something to fix that.
The shuttle works ok but make sure you know exactly where you are because the phone operator is not helpful in guiding you where to wait.

Great property and we had an amazing stay. Only thing would be that more parking is needed as it was often hard to find a spot at the end of the night. But definitely recommend.

A front desk personnel has issues. I was on the line for questions and stuff keep making conversations to a customer that even out of business related or anything regards Hilton hotel. Talking about there personal house remodel, snow etc…Feels like 12minutes of waiting literally in front of them and trying to make longer conversations until more people showing up for questions.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Better than what I was expecting. I would stay there again. Close to SOFI Stadium. Thumbs up!!!!

Other than the hotel being basic. The staff was completely unhelpful. The room had pubic hairs in the sink when I got in there and make up on the face towels, clearly visible. When I showed the front desk staff, they looked at me in annoyance and said they would tell the managers and the towels in the back room Would not even give me a coffee even though it was sitting in the restaurant area was not open for another 20 minutes so I could not have any.

We chose this hotel since it is very near to LAX and main LA highways. We do value its slightly opening windows. And the quietness. It is undergoing heavy upgrades, so I guess it’s going to be even better next time. We were used to the delicious breakfast but it wasn’t available at the time. And also the free parking which is at a nightly fee now.

It's like flying Spirit Airlines. It does the job (clean room, etc.), but they are going to nickel and dime you for anything and everything. ( I think we paid 20$ to park, etc).

Website says airport shuttle available until 12am, but they said 11:30 and then when we arrive we were told 11. The whole reason we chose to stay was for the shuttle being available until midnight.

Rooms 101-109, 201-209, and 301-309 (odd numbered only), all face train and you will hear it ding all night long with announcements every 10-15 minutes. Service was fantastic, but water takes a few minutes to warm up.

The stuff was very, friendly and helpful. Only downside, the was the restaurant was still being remodeled, and they could only serve breakfast. Beds great, pool great

My room was great!!! There were no facial towels whatsoever. Also, the front desk was short staffed. The representative needed help with her line. The young lady admitted that she was the only one present and could not bring towels. I had to pick up towels from the front desk. Management should work on staffing.
