just meh, room nothing special , no microwave , had to ask for more toilette paper , all they had when. checking in was a half roll, night table phone wasn't working and check in took forever even being at 9 pm , 6 hours after regular check-in , they tried to change the reservation from two queen beds to one king and a pill out sofa , I rejected and they said we're sold out, it wasn't my problem because my reservation was very specific, so we had to wait to get a crappy room , basic, no amenities , with finally two queen beds.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and warm cookies. Our room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Edmonton.

They did not clean the room everyday, which is disappointing. We got there around 5.30pm and was told that the room is not ready, had to wait for another 15-20 mins.
The room is really small, I probably can get a bigger room somewhere else with the price that we paid.

Only complaint was that we were unaware that the hotel rents out the pool to swim instructors. Every time we went down, the pool was full of instructors and students, making enjoying the pool quite difficult. Would consider staying at other hotels that do not rent out their pools.

Great front desk staff that made sure, upon arrival, everything was set. Clean big rooms with very awesome pillows.

Lots of people hanging out outside and inside the lobby. Heard that people were stuck in the elevator I was on, a few hours before I used the elevator. Made me very uneasy. Expensive breakfast for the kids

The staff was good and the room was comfortable, but the second night of our stay was interrupted throughout the night due to our next door neighbours opening and closing their door constantly and the dog they had with them barking and whining. We were awake a good part of the night. Normally we call downstairs if something like this occurs, but for some reason this night we just kept thinking eventually it would quiet down. When asked about our stay the next morning while checking out, we did mention the noise the night before. The lady at the front desk offered us free breakfast to compensate a bit for the sleepless night.

I thought the customer service was above super. Especially since i had a couple of accommodations requests, one request that i had to make last minute, and they were able to make it possible.
Our room was beautiful, clean, and my husband won't stop talking talking about how comfortable the bed and pillows were.

Overall a nice hotel. Beautiful main Foyer. Set the tone for our stay. Only downside was the noise between walls on the older side.

Compare to other perceived "lesser" hotel, this one is more expensive, no microwave in the room (has to request), no free breakfast, no coffee/hot water in the lobby. coffee machine has plenty of dust outside and inside the water container, only 2 small cream and coffee was provided. However, there are two bottles of water on the table butt sorry, those are for the prestige members. Not your normal guest.

The staff is fantastic and go the extra mile. Found the rooms quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable. There is a liquor store and diner conveniently across the street. Loved that the pool was open 24/7; and it was very clean. We did feel that the charger outlets didn’t work well; probably from over use. The shower could also use some attention; maybe a new shower head. We will definitely stay again!

I thought the value of this hotel was exceptional. Really nice hotel. Loved the cookies at check in ! Staff was friendly. There was a couple of sticky spots on the bedside table and some soap spots on the bathroom counter, not a big deal, but other than that room was very clean.

This is a beautiful hotel and restaurant and bar on the property. The breakfast has lots of options and food is good. Well worth the stay.
