Took the kids to the city to enjoy the Xmas festivities.
Check in was smooth, room was large, location is great. Is close to construction but couldn’t hear anything. Room was opposite the church and couldn’t hear the bells when they rolled in the morning.
Breakfast was exceptional.

Wonderful stay with above and beyond customer service. We had a small issue with the power points and they quickly resolved it and gave us some chocolates to say sorry. The room was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was probably the best ive had! So delicious & so many options

The Westin is a lovely hotel to stay, the staff are so welcoming, friendly and always very helpful and it's so central in Melbourne. I love staying here and having drinks in the lobby.

How a major hotel does not have accessible power points near bedsteads in an accessibility room is beyond belief. Not only was there limited options (and I mean one nowhere near where one might need it), the power kept switching off. Do NOT stay here if CPaP user.

Beautiful spacious room and huge bathroom. Comfortable king bed that fit the 2 of us and our 7yr old. Sooo convenient as we stayed in the city to watch Wicked at the Regents Theatre, which is just next door. Buffet breakfast had a great selection. Carlotta was so wonderful checking us in and allowing us a late check-out. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again. Very luxurious feel from the moment you enter the lobby. Excellent service at check in, check out, lobby bar/cafe and concierge. My entry level room was a tiny bit dated but very spacious and clean. Loved the big armchair and ottoman in the window and the king bed was super comfortable. The location of the property is also so central to shopping and amazing restaurants

Loved having a high tea associated with the musical we were seeing. And an added bonus of having views of the cathedral from our balcony, and hearing the bells chime out in the late morning...how special!

We made a noise complaint as other guests were having a loud party on their balcony at 3am and the staff at the hotel basically said too bad they paid for their room so they are entitled to party so not great if you’re staying their with a young family

Had an issue with our room not being serviced, two out of the four nights we stayed. When this was raised with staff, still wasn't tended to - not acceptable, especially given the considerable price paid for the stay.
