Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, very pleasant stay

This was our first time staying at a Sonesta property and we were very impressed with our stay. Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great and delicious. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay at Sonesta again!

It was our first time to the Seattle area, so we loved the location of the hotel in Renton. Not to far from the airport and not to far from where we needed to get to in the area. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, with good amenities. The rooms were comfortable and the layout was really nice. The quiet location was also important to get the rest we needed. My only beef is that the hotel front desk tried to upcharge us without communicating their intent. When we were checking out we noticed a $50 extra charge for early check-in. This was never requested by us, nor was it communicated when we checked in. To me that is borderline dishonest and should be addressed by management. However, once we brought it to the attention of the front desk they resolved it and took the charge off our bill.

Hotel was good. Shuttle pickup not reliable. Waited hour and half for pu from train station. Which is only 2 miles away from hotel. Finally got an Uber.

Some of the staff was new and gave conflicting information. The most discerning was that we were told 24 hour shuttle to the airport. When we tried to get an 8:00 we were told that is when they are scheduled to take Veterans to a facility. While I applaud what you are doing for them, that makes it difficult to get to the airport. The option was 7:00 am or 8:30 which with a 10:30 flight was not going to work. I am sure you could figure out a solution for this issue.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, breakfast good. One big problem, you allow dogs but don't control them. The dog next door yelped, barked and wimpered whenever owner left the room which was for hours sometimes and at night until after 11pm. Suggest owners not be allowed to leave pets unattended.

I was a little nervous because of some of the more negative reviews but it was fine for us. Check in was easy, our room was nice and clean (although they gave us 2 queens and not a king like we booked). Breakfast was a decent continental and filled us up before heading back home. No major issues or complaints. A very solid stay

we stayed here because of its proximity to the airport. the shuttle service was convenient and easy to use. front desk staff was fantastic as well. very clean and the rooms were spacious. breakfast was a nice add.

Never received house keeping for four days even though we requested it. Bathroom dirty.

shower walls needed cleaned as does the grout in the tile flooring, No face soap provided; had to go looking for towels.

My husband had stayed at a Sonesta on a business trip so we took a chance on this property and we were pleasantly surprised to find a great stay. Everything was clean and in good condition, our bed was super comfy and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again .

It was a good experience

Very helpful , shuttle from airport was great, breakfast good, easy to get shuttle service to the Pier for cruise. Very nice room, only stayed overnight.

Rooms & beds are immaculate. Won't hesitate to stay here anytime that I'm visiting Seattle.

Great property, good food, nice staff

Positives: Check in was easy, finding the property was also easy. Easy access to doors to unload luggage. Couldn't hear other guests in their rooms, only when theyre in the hallway. Negatives: when booked it said breakfast and parking is included- when checking in i was informed it is $18/day for breakfast and parking. My search and the google photos showed a hot tub, that has since been filled in. I needed two beds and got a king bed and a pull out couch. The couch is not a hide-a-bed, it is a trundle so you're basically sleeping on the floor on a mattress.. breakfast wasnt very good and upset all 3 of our stomachs. Watery/luke warm eggs and sausage, over cooked (hard) hashbrowns. Waffles are ok- basic hotel waffles, no fresh fruit. Room had a standing shower, no bathtub. Very little space for luggage for 3 people in a room that sleep 3 people. No microwave to heat up barely warm food. Breakfast stops early on week days. Not enough luggage carts- we were told there was a few but after looking and waiting and waiting we never saw any. y
