The room was spacious and very comfortable. I usually struggle to sleep on the first night, but the bed was great and the hotel was quiet. Nice to have a bar and restaurant downstairs. Walkable to everything in the city.

Probably one of my favorite hotels in uptown, Charlotte… Not necessarily the newest or most updated but super comfortable with great staff, wonderful complementary breakfast and great location

Bar/dining area was like a ghost town. Could have had a bit more excitement but the rest of the stay was great. Victoria was awesome!

I chose this establishment because it’s a hop, skip and jump to the BOA stadium. But it was more than that once we checked in. Very friendly staff, clean room and a good breakfast! But one strange thing, I didn’t see an ice machine. Not that that will affect me staying there for future visits, but it just struck me funny. I hope that my husband and I and our friends will continue this new tradition of ours; to come back for Panther football and stay at the Residence Inn.

Our room was ready when we arrived.

Pulling in and checking in is very ambiguous. The drive is not well labeled and several of us arriving at same time caused a log jam. One young man at desk for check in with four people arriving at once was not sufficient. I was second…he had me fill out a car pass, but never gave it to me to hang on my vehicle. He also never explained that I had to get a ticket to enter the hotel garage and needed to get a pass each time from the desk to leave. Also, he did not explain I would’ve charged $20/night for parking. I ended up having to pay an additional $20 in order to get out of the garage so I could go back to the desk to get a tag and understand the whole process. Perhaps another person to help with check in would have afforded the young man more time to explain everything during my first time at the desk!

I was in town for a one night business trip. I called upon arrival to Charlotte to see if I could secure an early check in and they had a room available. I arrived to be greeted with smiles and a swift check in so I could be on-time for my meeting. I returned to the hotel outside of the dining hours to find a great little lobby bodega with snacks for purchase! The bed was super cozy and the hotel felt super safe and clean.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The room how ever looked quite old and not that well maintained. The water in shower ran cold for over 5 minutes. We were only there one night so it was fine. Wouldn’t stay at this location for longer than that though.

The hotel was very convenient to the stadium. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Ideal location for attending game at BofA Stadium except GPS routes in are blocked by police. It was hard to find someone, police, or hotel, to explain how to we e your way in. Some warning and exp for those of us who book online would avoid frus and wasted time.

Was there for the game, love the staff everyone one gets a five star in my book. Very clean and quit, this would be my first choice when I come back.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good. Clean room. Only complaint is with Expedia. If you book a room, be sure you call the property to verify as I did not get the room I booked as Expedia does not communicate with the hotel and show actually what rooms are booked or not. The staff was very helpful in meeting our needs for this stay.

The hotel was great. Lots of room for a family of 4. Large jetted tub and separate shower with amenities. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the lobby that were generously priced. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were on top of stocking and cleaning up the area. This is the first hotel that we've been to that offered iced coffee. Check in and parking was easy. The location of the hotel is great for anyone wanting to attend a football or baseball game since the hotel is within walking distance of both.

We should have known when our room wasn't ready at 5 pm that this wasn't going to be a present stay. Upon arrival, no one was even at the front desk. After finally seeing a staff member there was much confusion about our room and when it was going to be ready. After finally getting a room we were greeted with a room that clearly had some major damage to the ceiling that was in poor repair condition. Everything felt a bit dirty. The decor is straight from the early 2000s. The even worse part is there is no staff available to help with anything. All phones were disconnected with no ability to reach the front desk. Instead, you have to walk down and try to find someone working. All of our requests were ignored and no items were brought to our room. We requested a crib for our infant a day before check-in. We were assured they had cribs. At 7:30 I walked down and requested a crib. I was assured one would be brought to the room. At 9 pm I went down again and was reassured they were on the way. No crib was ever brought to our room. Instead, we had to find one locally. Literally had to get our own crib. 0/10 hotel. Avoid.
