The worst experience ever and do yourself a favor and keep driving. Dan the manager was okay but this place is so ran down and filthy and oh yeah it is an extended stay so keep that in mind when booking. Take a look at all of the horrible reviews of this place and believe them. It is atrocious. Bloody sheets, dead bugs, filthy appliances and the place just reeks of Filth.

It was convenient for me as a truck driver. I delivered right across the interstate and drove here. I was able to park on the street with no problems.

The rooms are modest and dated, but everything was in good condition, worked, and clean. The TV was big enough and had a nice selection of channels.

No shopping or dining nearby, had to drive to distances far away from the hotel. Would think twice before returning to this hotel.

In the website it says it has Queen beds and they are full, kinda tight to fit 2 adults.

The person at the front desk was sleeping in the office behind the counter. I had to come in to wake him up to do my check in

I was not even able to check in since there was no body at the front desk. After sitting in the lobby for some time, I went out to my car and called the hotel… three times. After that, I called corporate to see if they could get a hold of them. As I was standing in the lobby listening to the hotel phone ring for 10 minutes, I got upset and answered the phone myself. After wasting TWO HOURS, I ended up having to book a second hotel across town since I was unable to even check in to Main Stay. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this hotel is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The stay was great. Manager was a great guy! Helped us out everytime he saw us. Clean rooms, comfortable bed.

I paid twice as much for this room compared to regular rooms I could have gotten because it had a kitchenette and it said pots pans dishes and utensils included. We went to make breakfast in the morning and all the cupboards were completely empty. Not a fork or cup or anything anywhere!

I booked and paid in full thru Hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they said they did not have a reservation for my two room under my name I showed the confirmation from hotels.com and my receipt for payment. They had rooms available but made me pay (again) and for a higher price.for my two rooms. Then we went to our rooms and they smelled musty and we saw SEVERAL bugs. We decided not to stay at the hotel and went downstairs to checkout. The hotel did give me a refund but told me we would see these bugs everywhere in Rochester hotels. We went a cross the parking lot to Country Inn (much better and no bugs). Now I will have to battle get my refund from Hotels.com. I would give this experience put a big thumbs down.

The hotel is nice and the staff were informative. The only downside is that there is no ice machine. There were bugs flying around in the room and there were no movie channels.

This is a horrible property. The room, bathroom, halways, and front desk area look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks!! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed here many times over the last ten years so it is familiar. I think it is even better than before regarding cleanliness and detail. Pleasant staff and comfortable.

We like having a full kitchen if you need it.
We had the accessible room. The room is very nice, bathroom is spacious but there is no counter space for items. People traveling with physical disabilities usually need a moveable cart of some sort to put bathroom personal items on to use. The shower was nice but if you don't have the ability to stand up you couldn't reach the hand held shower head. If you were traveling alone this could be an issue. Room was very clean. We usually stay at this facility as has transportation available to Mayo clinic.

There was an excessive film of dust on the TV, chairs and furniture. Luckily I had sanitation wipes available to thoroughly clean and disinfect the room. The furniture was battered and show excessive wear. The bed was hard and lumpy.. In addition the snow removal outside was incomplete with excessive ice formation.
