Very nice older building the place was very clean but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a terrible squeak to it every time you moved. It was in a good location for walking to the Fever game!

Nice room very sizeable and in a good location. They accidentally charged my credit card for the room twice but that was an easy fix and they issued a refund so it was handled properly. I would stay again!

The room looks like it has not been cleaned. There were wine, corks on the floor and other items. Booking description said that rollout beds are available, but when we asked the staff, they refused to put one in citing fire hazard. Pool was rundown and dirty. The area is really shady and unsafe for families with kids.

Everything was fine. Surprised there were no closets and limited drawer space. But staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near Monument Circle.

The noise from the traffic was horrible late at night made it impossible to sleep. The area around the pool when wet got really slick my granddaughter fell. I even had to be careful when walking I finally put a couple of towels down. Love the hotel and staff but so much noise at night.

Good location and spacious room

The hotel is a renovated bank building so interesting architecture and interior. The interior is a little tired but I was told they were getting ready to do another renovation. It's a good location downtown and was very quiet on a high floor. Fitness facility was fine. And it was nice to have a restaurant on-site. Dinner options and breakfast were good.

We complained to staff about a rhythmic pounding noise that we could hear. Nothing was done to fix the problem and when I complained that it kept me awake, no offer for compensation was given.

The big complaints have to do with your site (Hotels.com) because when I arrived I found parking was going to cost $43/night/car and check out was 12N. Your site did not detail parking fee just said parking was available and the site had check out at 11AM. It seems that the cost for parking should have been on your site. That was a major set back on my budget. Thanks alot. Also ice machines were on even floors only which was very inconvenient. Another big thing is I could not connect to the WiFi and when got home still could not connect to my own WiFi because Hilton Honors had me blocked but with a lot of time I was able to get in. As the eco thing goes, the room needed at least 1 maybe 2 more trash cans. I will not be booking through you although I may check pricing on your site. I have learned not to trust 3rd party sites and will book directly with hotel from now on.

It was an easy check in and check out process and loved the valet option that was available.

I enjoyed that it was right in the center of downtown and everything was within walking distance. The actual building needs some updates as it looks run down and leaves much to be desired as part of the Hilton Hotel Group.

Out of date property with poor services

My stay at the hotel was wonderful the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I only had one small problem because room service is every other day trash get left in the room for two day unless you take it out. Which lead to overflow of garbage left in the hallway.

Property is old. Staffing at front desk was VERY slow one staff member and a full hotel. Did not know which rooms were open and sent us to an occupied room then made a big deal trying to figure out were to put us said they would bring us a roll away but did not remember to and had to call again. Room VERY expensive and overpriced would not recommend this property

Great hotel with a downtown location. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Motorcycle noise at the square was a problem late at night on the weekend.

Easy access Thx

Was here to give my grandbabies a FUN trip and requested a room high for an exciting view and wasn’t impressed. Also, disappointed IN Size of room AND POOL!! Definitely best for single business person, not for a faintly of 4…. And after walking all day around downtown, a hot tub would have been REALLY NICE!! Overall, hotel was nice, but NOT FOR A FAMILY. THE PARKING SITUATION SUCKED!! Would have drove car a couple places was gonna be charged $20 everytine to use your own car????!!!!

The word that comes to mind is lawless Mad Max and it was like ten cars were going in circles revving their engines from 10am to 4am. Will never stay downtown again!

Gave away our room to someone else and gave a room half the size. Some next to us was smoking weed and we could smell it in are room.
