Towels and cleaning should be provided every day. Too far away from mayo. 2 beds one blanket. Bathroom mirror was always foggy. Hotel should invest in heated mirrors.

Let us check in early and were very helpful. Room was clean, parking was not free but very easy. Nearby good restaurants, very close to Mayo St. Mary's campus.

Our stay was perfect and just where we needed to be. Our friend was having surgery at St Mary’s and we couldn’t have been at an ore perfect pace. Parking was convenient and slowed us to e there until we were ready to leave. We could get to the hospital in 5-10 minutes and it was perfect. The front desk help Sunday PM and Monday AM were absolutely amazing. I t was a perfect stay for a Mayo Clinic Surgery. I would highly recommend!!!!

Love the location when it comes to appointments at the Mayo. It was great to have the underground hallway during a rainy stay! There are tons of shops and restaurants in the area. I would definitely return stay here again.

Staff were very helpful with information about shuttle transportation to the Mayo clinic. They were quick to ask if we had questions and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place but the few times I talked to the front desk it was always short and rude and then changed the tone with the person before and after me. Not nice. I also didn’t park in the parking lot and still got charged. Oh well

Not enough lighting. A comfortable small couch for sitting. But there should be a floor lamp for reading. When it’s dark outside there is no way you can sit in comfort to read.
Room was neat and clean but too crowded. Rooms were actually pretty small. Probably built that way to make room for more rooms in building.

It was clean. The bar staff were excellent. Housekeeping came knocking on our door at 8:15 am , to see if we were still there. Thought that was odd.

Overall, a nice stay. I was here for medical reasons, as Mayo is right across from the hotel. $15/night parking added on to an already pricey room affected my rating. The in-house restaurant’s food did not warrant the price you pay. I will be in town up to 22 stays in the next 2 years. I doubt that I will return.

The room as great but the WIFI wasn’t working. Plus the websites are so bad, there are no phone numbers or addresses listed so we went to wrong hotel. Our room was at the end of the hall which was horrible for me because of my hip and leg. The hotel and rooms were lovely and staff was good. Put your phone and address prominently on website!!! It’s miserable not being able to speak to a live person when you’re n a strange city, it’s dark, you’re tired and your spouse is cranky.

Many shops in close proximity. Hotel's "Saints" dining room and "Bistro" breakfast were EXCELLENT!!! Great food, reasonably priced, and VERY ACCOMMODATING staff! Rooms show some wear, need updating in near future.

Very nice motel! I was a little disappointed at the liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner being way above the tub and was not reachable from the tub.

When I stayed 2 years ago I mentioned this. The manager said they were going to replace them soon, so disappointed they were the same uncomfortable chairs
